We had such an amazing and the most pleasant experience! It was so wonderful that we decided to extend our stay - that's how much we enjoyed it! This hotel is an absolute gem - great location, in the centrum of tiny Angera on the Lake Maggiore - wonderful views all day long, especially from rooftop terras of the breakfast restaurant. Just magnificent! Very clean, comfortable room, great bed and shower. There is also an award worthy restaurant that serves the most delicious food ever - I warmly recommend it to everyone. Furthermore, the staff of the hotel as well as the staff of the restaurant is incredible, they do their absolute best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and all-around pampered. Hotel offers free use of bicycles - convenient and such a lovely experience to leisurely bike around town and the lake. If you are coming by car - there are plenty of spaces to park in front - some free and some with extra charge. All in all - superb!

What can I say we booked for 1 night and stopped for 4. The hotel is in a great location across from the lake in easy walking distance to the ferry and some beautiful walks. The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean. The reception staff have been really helpful with advise were to visit and always asking how our day has been. Breakfast is served on the three floor with a terrace overlooking the lake which just starts your day perfectly. Thank you for our amazing holiday we will definitely be back. Thank you

The hotel was new and fresh. Rooms and the staff were great and of course the roof terrace with a lake view was just amazing. Nothing to complain about the hotel itself.

There was only one issue, which was poor soundproofing in our room. Perhaps it was the location of the room just above the reception and next to the staircase, but unfortunately almost every evening and night we could hear other guests and the staff talk, which is not nice if you're trying to sleep (and forgot you earplugs).

This hotel was amazing! the kids were thrilled to sleep in a gallery room with glass floor. the staff was very very friendly, the room was amazing, the view and location is just unbelievable. it also included free wifi and breakfast....such a great value for money. everything was so great that we were sad to stay there only one night...

Clean, cozy hotel. Did not hear any noise from other rooms, staff was very friendly. Had in issue with mini-bar that was resolved quickly and professionally.

Lovely little hotel. Recently renovated. Offers little touches that go beyond expectations. Bedroom slippers, king-size mattress, toiletries. Breakfast room has an extensive view of the lake. Convenient walking distance to Ferry pier and not far from the castle.

Perhaps some solution for guests to have breakfast before 7:00.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and modern. We arrived very late and Ciara was accommodating and showed us to our rooms.

I loved the breakfast veranda - it was a hit to enjoy first thing in the morning.

Shower door is a little suspect and can easily be pulled through to make it difficult to get out..
