Roberta is such an amazing, kind and hospitable host, couldn't agreed more with all the positive reviews. She goes above and beyond to make your time in Arona as comfortable and possible. Breakfast was prepared with such love and attention (there are sweet pastries, Joghurts, bread, butter and fruit salad served outside when the weather is good and to your room when it's cold or rainy) room was spacious, stylish, modern and clean. Plus the private parking in the hotel's yard. Great value for money! Recommended 100%.

Maybe the location was not the most central, but was not a problem for us since we were with the car and aware in advance that it's 15 min walk to the city center (which is also not far).

The place is very well located, close to shops and beautiful landscapes. The room is big, super clean with nice touches. Roberta, the host is a fantastic woman, adorable, friendly, funny. We loved ever second we spent in her place. The breakfast was abundant and served with love. We highly recommend this b&b!

Everything. Roberta was a lovely host, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and so was breakfast. The location is great, only 15-20 minutes walk away and a supermarket round the corner. We were able to securely park our motorbike behind the gated property. Overall excellent value for money and well worth a visit. Roberta gave great restaurant recommendations and the lake area itself is lovely and vibrant. If we come back to Arona we will definitely be staying there and will recommend it to our friends.

The one room bedroom/living area was large enough to easily accommodate a comfy full size single pull out bed. It has a little terrace with seats and table to sit outside overlooking the private drive area. The bathroom is clean and beautifully presented with a lovely shower, loo, bidet and feature sink. Roberto did us a wonderful breakfast that we could enjoy either in the larger common terrace area, or in our room on our own terrace. Secure parking with key fob. Totally enjoyed our stay. Cosy, nicely and rather new rooms and furniture. 2 rooms only, which meant we as a familiy has the entire B&B for ourselves. The host was very nice. Funny, warm-hearted, high sense of service excellence, attention to detail, just lovely. Breakfast was tasty with

Beautifully designed rooms with original, lovely decorative details (all related to cats). Great service, delicious and plentiful breakfast, super nice host who speaks very good English and Spanish, cosy terrace to have breakfast and relax. We will definitely come back again.

Very beautiful house in the central location (close to airport, maggiore lake and many attractions). Newly renovated rooms with full equipment , clean and inviting. Convenient parking. Host (Roberta) is super nice and ready to assist for anything.

Italian breakfast (without vegetables and eggs) is not for me but probably standard for zimmers and children liked it.

Roberta is a fantastic host. Her property is clean and comfortable, very helpful and we felt at home in her home.

We got a very friendly welcome and fabulous service from the lady host, she could not have been nicer. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable, the shower was first class also. We had a delicious breakfast and ate our own food on the lovely terrace. My motorcycle was parked very safely behind electronic gates so we had no security worries. The walk into town was short and a pleasant one, the host gave us great guidance. I highly recommend this accommodation in Arona, it is very easy to find.

Nothing really. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that the B&B is on a very busy road, but it didn't bother us.
