The breakfast was always the same. It was enjoyable but it might have been nice if it had a little variety once in a while. The overall service of the entire staff during my stay was outstanding. They were very accommodating with me when I asked for assistance with my laundry since I was there for 3 weeks. They laundered what I needed done and they returned it to my room in a very professional manner which I appreciated.

Maybe it's just an Italian / German thing but the windows in room didn't have any screens like we have in the US. So I did open the windows for a little while but it would have been nice if the windows had screens so that I could keep them open longer without the concern of anything flying into the room.

The place was very cozy with a nice view and near to the city center. The personnel was extremely welcoming, kind and attentive. We did appreciate the fact the travel card was included with free access to all local public means of transport (we did enjoy the cable car and had a wonderful promenade in the upper part of the mountain). Nice breakfast was very well appreciated as well. Thank you

We had an amazing time. The whole place has a timeless vibe, very clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. The staff was the kindest we have ever seen, trying their absolute best to give us ideas, advice and any help we needed. And the location is breathtaking, if you want peace and quiet to relax.

There is not one thing that can be considered an incoveniece. We had an amazing relaxation stay here.

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. They have a really large free parking lot, a great pool, a garden, a table tennis table,... Excellent breakfasts. But the most important thing is the staff, very friendly and helpful. I enclose photo of a single room.

Everything. Staff is nice, breakfast is good, there is parking in front of the building, for us, location was good, rooms were clean and spacious. There were also great recommendations for local restaurants. All good.

The only thing I would like to have is decaffeinated coffee, real one, not orzo.

Lovely and quiet facilities, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much, great surroundings. Very nice breakfast, lots of fresh fruit and pastry, very good coffee.

It would be good to put air conditioning in the rooms at top. It was difficult for the children to get rest at night because of the heat (July).

Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great "help yourself" breakfast buffet included. Great location in authentic small Italian Town.

Not much English spoken majority staff which made it q bit tricky for us, but too be expected in small rural Italian town.

Our stay was perfect! Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. It was great location for our mini break and we would definitely go again.

Friendly and helful staff,great country side location close to many attractions,nice village,great nature mountain view,great breakfast.

The village pepole goes to sleep too early so no supplies until morning.

Friendly reception and staff. Clean, well maintained rooms and property. Dog friendly. Wonderful breakfast. WLAN was good. Lovely quiet location set back from main road. Adequate parking.
