The staff was amazing, the cleaning was outstanding, the breakfast (e.g. Omelette to order) was delicious, the pool on the rooftop and Spa are were perfect in summer time (maybe heating would be recommended in spring and autumn?), great view (mountains, apple orchard etc.), it was very quiet. It was wonderful to cook while enjoying the mountain view. No extra fees for the parking, including garage.

The WiFi did not work on the balkony and not everywhere in the room properly, the balconies are not fully separated (this means you can see other guests on the balcony), the price-performance ratio was ok/good. Check out time at 10 o' clock is rather early.

Beautifully designed room with some cooking facilities in a wonderful location in the middle of the countryside with great views of the mountains. The chef in the restaurant went out of his way to make a special dish for my partner who was vegan and did not want to eat the only vegan meal on the menu two nights in a row. Also the restaurant supervisor was excellent and so helpful

Not all rooms have a view. Some rooms have just a patio with a view of a hedge. We had to change rooms and pay another 50 euro for two nights to get the view we had been looking forward to and thought we would be getting. Taxi from Bolzano costs 28 euros

Beautiful location and hotel. View of the mountains in gorgeous. Really peaceful location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had room service one night and it was absolutely delicious - the octopus dish was the best I'd had throughout Greece/Italy, super impressed, wished we'd eaten in the hotel restaurant more! Breakfast was great - good service and great selection of food. The outdoor area for breakfast was just lovely, really relaxing. Rooftop and spa area were great!

Service at reception could be a little bit hit or miss. Majority of staff were lovely but one older receptionist couldn't have made it clearer that she did not want to help us (when trying to book a taxi - given a slip of paper and told to go back to our rooms main phone-line to call one (so we had to walk back and forth to reception 3 times over), felt like it would have taken less time for everyone if she'd just helped us ring the taxi at reception haha)

Wonderful experience at Hotel Napura! The front desk staff were absolutely lovely. they welcomed us warmly and helped with everything we needed. The manager was also incredibly kind and made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!Absolutely amazing restaurant! The food is freshly prepared on the spot, incredibly delicious, and truly represents the charm of authentic Italian cuisine. We enjoyed every single moment! We felt genuinely welcomed from the very beginning – the vibe of the place was so warm and inviting. The waitstaff were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond. We had the pleasure of meeting Antonio and Christian, who were not only extremely professional but truly contributed to the great energy of the restaurant. I had been in Italy for 17 days as a lone traveler and a woman. There was a staff member named Cristal Magnolia who made my life much better. She was so friendly! I really enjoyed it that they had apples out as a snack for free! That was very nice! I was a bit lonely and she cheered me up and I was grateful that she was working there. When I went to dinner, the staff members (servers) also were very friendly. I felt like I was at home. Thank you for helping out an elderly lone traveler feel connected.

Hotel is located in a quiet and scenic area surronded by beautiful apple trees, rooms were big in size and had most of what you need and staff were wonderful throughout our stay, the restaurant was really nice for dinner.

It was still relatively warm during our stay but they had the ACs turned off for some reason, this forced us to open the windows but because the hotel is in an agricultural area we ended up with quite a few bugs in the room which made our stay not the most comfortable, also keep in mind the hotel is an hour walk from the center of Bolzano but there is a bus stop right infront that will take you there in 10 minutes.

A great hotel in the heart of an apple orchard with very good facilities and very nice and special furniture in the lobby. Beautiful suites, very comfortable and spacious; They include a balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette and have a beautiful mountains view . Amazing staff, kind, cordial and welcoming. Excellent breakfast and very nice restaurant for dinner . Special thanks to Andrea, one of the owners, who helped us a lot when the rental car broke down. He spent hours on the phone trying to help us to solve the problem and made sure we felt as comfortable as possible while waiting.

The entire hotel was wonderful. Our room was spacious, with a king bed, a sitting area with sofa, a kitchen and eating area, and an excellent bathroom. The public areas of the hotel were pretty and inviting, and the rooftop pool, lounge area, and spa were delightful and provided beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. Staff members were always helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious choices, and we enjoyed dinner there on two evenings.

We had difficulty finding our way to the hotel. More lighting in our room would have been helpful, and we moved lamps around to provide light where we most needed it. I ordered Iberico pork in the hotel restaurant one night and it was served almost raw. I should have sent it back as I didn't enjoy it at all. The salmon I had the second night was excellent and perfectly cooked.

We absolutely loved our night at this hotel. Our suite was a great size and layout and spotlessly clean. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. The spa was fantastic, being able to appreciate the views from the hot tub was very special. All the staff were absolutely lovely, very personable but professional and gave us a fantastic local dinner recommendation. The breakfast was also top quality and very tasty. We found the location perfect to explore Bolzano. We will definitely be returning again.

I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of place that makes you never want to leave! Everything about the stay was perfect. the comfortable accommodation and the serene atmosphere. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough the stay was absolutely breathtaking.
