B&B Le Palme Terrasini We had the most wonderful stay at B&B Le Palme Terrasini. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The property itself was extremely clean, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host was exceptional—warm, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast selection from the nearby bar was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. This was our fourth visit to Terrasini, and we can confidently say that B&B Le Palme Terrasini is the best accommodation we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect stay in this beautiful area. We can’t wait to return!

What a fantastic end to our three weeks exploration of Sicily. Excellent location - close to the airport, at the same time - adorable little town with nice long promenade along the sea, quirky fountains, little park behind the church, several dining / eating options. All in a short work from this brand new B&B . Spacious, sparkling clean room and large bathroom, with all toiletries you may need and a hairdryer. Courtesy bottled water in a mini fridge. There is even a small safe in the wardrobe. Very comfortable bed. We were checked into an upgraded room with the view of the mountains and a large furnished balcony. If you a light sleeper, ask for a room on an opposite side ( there is a road in front of the house with moderate traffic). It didn’t bother us ( and we slept with the balcony door open and had a fantastic night rest). I am gluten sensitive and the owners went all the way to cook me eggs and bring the gluten free breakfast to our room in the morning. We felt like we were treated as family members. Strongly recommend both, this B&B, and taking some time to explore and enjoy this little town

I needed to spend one day at Palermo or its neighborhood to catch a plane the following day. Instead of staying at Palermo and transfer back to the airport, I selected this B&B and I am very happy I did it. The facilities at the B&B are top, the place is quiet, close to downtown and within a short walk of the beach promenade. Breakfast was provided by the property through a voucher for a bar next door. It was convenient. They also gave me a voucher with a discount for a local restaurant that was very good. I arrived at Terrasini from the Palermo airport by getting a transfer from the owner, Calogero, who took me there in his car, and also got a transfer back the next day, all for a small extra fee. This was extremely convenient and useful. Calogero was extremely nice and helpful. In addition, this was very good value for money. I strongly recommend this place for anyone going to Terrasini either for vacation or, as in my case, for work.

Nothing worth notice.

We spent one night at Le Palme as we wanted to be near Falcone Borsellino Airport for our flight the following day. Calogero was very prompt in his communication with us. You can tell he and his wife, Roberta, take great pride in Le Palme a modern, newly built B&B within walking distance to the Duomo and restaurants. Terrasini is a fishing village that has been transformed into an upscale community and Le Palme is located in this neighborhood. We had a room with a terrace and mountain view. There is both street parking and on the property parking. The room was clean with a nice size bathroom and shower. The town of Terrasini was a surprise. It was quiet at the end of October but with all the restaurants I could imagine it’s quite the place to be from May to the middle of October. It has a wonderful supermarket In-Coop within walking distance of Le Palme where we managed to prepare a nice picnic lunch before leaving. Don’t hesitate to book a room at Le Palme you won’t be disappointed.

This place was great! We needed a place not too far from the Palermo airport; this is only about 10-12 KM away. It was a GREAT price and made it quite easy for us to catch our morning flight out of Palermo airport. You need to look at a map or GPS to find it (it is a bit off the Main Street, above a pharmacy), but this means it is quiet and an easy stroll into the main part of Terrasini. The host gives you a coupon for breakfast in a pastry shop a few steps down the street; he even arranged for them to let us in early so we could get some food before we left. We used this hotel on our first night in Sicily as well - it was just what we needed!

Perfect location and close to the Palermo airport, with an incredibly accommodating host who offered transfers to and from the airport for a reasonable fee. Our room was big, clean and comfortable, and the rooftop deck offered great sunset views. Don’t skip out on exploring the nearby area! There are amazing seaside views, hikes and beaches a short walking distance away. There are shops and restaurants in the town nearby (about a 15 minute walk). We ended up seeing some of the most beautiful views of our entire trip in Sicily. We only booked for one night but would stay longer next time!

Our stay at Palme was very nice. The building is small but very beautiful. The room was very clean. There are windows lining half of the walls in the room we had and the view from there was absolutely stunning! Great way to watch the sunset. You can also catch an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. The hosts were also very kind and welcoming. We arrived earlier than anticipated and they were very accommodating. There weren’t any balcony rooms left so they upgraded us to a bigger room for free. They provided us vouchers for free breakfast to the cafe next door as well. When the cafe was closed, they made sure to ask them to prepare the order ahead of time just for us! The hosts were extremely accommodating. The beach is roughly 15 minute walk in either direction and the same is for the main square and restaurants. Good location that is quiet.

Everything was good! One note: it was a little difficult to find the B&B at the beginning because it shares a driveway with a pharmacy. Once we got in, the host provided very clear directions on how to enter the property in the future.

Le Palme is less than 15 minutes to the airport and the seaside town it is in is festive with many restaurants, so it is much better than staying in a hotel closer to the airport. The room is large and clean and within walking distance of the center of town. The owner is great and very helpful.

The ac was cold. Ask for a comforter or how to control the ac. Parking is on the site, but bags have to be carried up stairs. The picture on Booking. com glamorizes the property and makes it look like it is standing alone on a hill. In reality, the building is on a street with other buildings next to it.

What's not to like? 18 mins to Palermo airport was our main reason for booking but once there. we wished we had booked a couple of nights there to get to know the quaint town and beach. EXCELLENT host, location and hotel. Cannot recommend highly enough. Loved breakfast in the little cafe next door...best baking so far in Sicily. Secure parking was also a big feature for us as we did not want to unpack the whole car. We had a lovely room with a large terrace. There are many lovely restaurants in town (a rooftop one also but unfortunately close for the season). Lovely church and apparently kayaking tours to view a grotto (not enough time for us to do this).

In my opinion, I found this place faultless. As well as the usual TV there was also an Alexa so we listened to some Italian hits and danced on our balcony. There was a/c, a safe, hairdryer, toiletries and an abundance of towels and hot, strong shower, Cleanliness was the first thing I noticed. Lovely host who helped us park and then directed us 600 metres into town. We were able to leave the car in a secure location and enjoyed a walk to the main square. Found a lovely French resto called, "Oh La La" which was excellent. Next morning, it took us 17 minutes door to car rental location.

The owner of the property was very friendly and helped us a lot in many aspects. I have never met a more hostile person in my life. He frequently asked what we need and delivered everything we needed. Staying at this property in Sicily was an absolute delight! The owner's warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was nothing short of amazing - beautifully appointed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the charm of Sicily. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a wonderful retreat with exceptional service and accommodations. Looking forward to returning soon!
