We booked this property for its convenience to the airport for an early flight but actually it’s a place that you could stay longer. Calogero the owner kept in touch to make sure all was ok for our arrival and he was waiting to greet us. He showed us around the property and made sure we had all the info we needed, including a discount card for a nice restaurant in the main square that we had dinner at. The property itself is fabulous. Really modern and spotlessly clean. Our room was really spacious with a brilliant private terrace, although there’s also a roof terrace if you prefer and there’s large swimming pool being added that will be ready next year. The secure parking was great with a very easy and convenient access system. Honestly the fit and finish was much better than a 5* hotel we stayed at in Syracuse. Because we booked for the airport convenience we didn’t expect too much from the town. But we were able to leave the car behind and take a short stroll to the centre and were very pleasantly surprised. On a Saturday night there was a really lovely atmosphere with plenty of people out and about. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars in the main square and the area along the seafront gave us a great spot to watch the sunset. It’s much less touristy than other places on the island and if we ever go back to Sicily I’d definitely stay again.

The property is in a great location, with easy access to sites and dining. Our room was very comfortable and featured a fantastic, large, private patio. The owners are amazing- so very, very helpful and friendly. Owner Calogero speaks English very well and is very easy to communicate with. Our plane was late- forcing a different time for shuttle pickup and Calogero and wife Roberta (and daughter Kiara) went out of their way to pick us up. Calogero also took us to the bus station when we left. If you visit Terrasini, stay here- you won’t regret it.

- [ ] Wanted to find somewhere near the airport as had an early flight from Palermo and wanted to escape the chaos and heat of Palermo city. The B&B is located within walking distance of Terrasini town square and beach and is an ideal place to stay if needing to be at airport early……or you just want to stay in a small Sicilian seaside town with lovely restaurants and bars. This B&B was a modern large, very comfortable apartment with everything you need with a private balcony in very quiet area. There is also a large rooftop patio area with sun beds. Calogero, the host was very helpful, providing us with all the information we needed before and during the trip. He also delivered breakfast to our door before an early departure for the airport….. which was greatly appreciated. Secure parking also available at property. Calogero can also arrange transport to airport if needed.

We loved our stay so much! Calogero is an amazing host - he is so kind and accommodating, and very responsive. We left Palermo early to come here, hoping to get away from the busy, loud, chaotic city and we wish we had done it sooner! This beautiful B&B was immaculately clean, very well kept (the rooms and exterior, alike) and very peaceful and quiet. The rooftop patio was perfect for watching the sunset. We also had a private balcony, which we enjoyed a lot. Calogero delivered our breakfast to our room in the morning, and it was delicious! The area is lovely, walkable and felt very safe. This place is a true oasis and a 10/10! We would go back here in a heartbeat!

Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

B&B Le Palme Terrasini We had the most wonderful stay at B&B Le Palme Terrasini. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The property itself was extremely clean, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host was exceptional—warm, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast selection from the nearby bar was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. This was our fourth visit to Terrasini, and we can confidently say that B&B Le Palme Terrasini is the best accommodation we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect stay in this beautiful area. We can’t wait to return!

What a fantastic end to our three weeks exploration of Sicily. Excellent location - close to the airport, at the same time - adorable little town with nice long promenade along the sea, quirky fountains, little park behind the church, several dining / eating options. All in a short work from this brand new B&B . Spacious, sparkling clean room and large bathroom, with all toiletries you may need and a hairdryer. Courtesy bottled water in a mini fridge. There is even a small safe in the wardrobe. Very comfortable bed. We were checked into an upgraded room with the view of the mountains and a large furnished balcony. If you a light sleeper, ask for a room on an opposite side ( there is a road in front of the house with moderate traffic). It didn’t bother us ( and we slept with the balcony door open and had a fantastic night rest). I am gluten sensitive and the owners went all the way to cook me eggs and bring the gluten free breakfast to our room in the morning. We felt like we were treated as family members. Strongly recommend both, this B&B, and taking some time to explore and enjoy this little town

We did not have the breakfast because we had to leave to catch a flight at 4am. But the property was lovely, spotless and very comfortable. Our rooms were large. It was a quick walk to the center of town, where there were tons of restaurants and several gelato shops, and a quick walk to the beach. It is also 15 minutes from the Palermo airport. Our host was awesome - a prompt communicator, very friendly and very helpful.

I have no criticisms at all. I would highly recommend this place.

I needed to spend one day at Palermo or its neighborhood to catch a plane the following day. Instead of staying at Palermo and transfer back to the airport, I selected this B&B and I am very happy I did it. The facilities at the B&B are top, the place is quiet, close to downtown and within a short walk of the beach promenade. Breakfast was provided by the property through a voucher for a bar next door. It was convenient. They also gave me a voucher with a discount for a local restaurant that was very good. I arrived at Terrasini from the Palermo airport by getting a transfer from the owner, Calogero, who took me there in his car, and also got a transfer back the next day, all for a small extra fee. This was extremely convenient and useful. Calogero was extremely nice and helpful. In addition, this was very good value for money. I strongly recommend this place for anyone going to Terrasini either for vacation or, as in my case, for work.

We spent one night at Le Palme as we wanted to be near Falcone Borsellino Airport for our flight the following day. Calogero was very prompt in his communication with us. You can tell he and his wife, Roberta, take great pride in Le Palme a modern, newly built B&B within walking distance to the Duomo and restaurants. Terrasini is a fishing village that has been transformed into an upscale community and Le Palme is located in this neighborhood. We had a room with a terrace and mountain view. There is both street parking and on the property parking. The room was clean with a nice size bathroom and shower. The town of Terrasini was a surprise. It was quiet at the end of October but with all the restaurants I could imagine it’s quite the place to be from May to the middle of October. It has a wonderful supermarket In-Coop within walking distance of Le Palme where we managed to prepare a nice picnic lunch before leaving. Don’t hesitate to book a room at Le Palme you won’t be disappointed.

This place was great! We needed a place not too far from the Palermo airport; this is only about 10-12 KM away. It was a GREAT price and made it quite easy for us to catch our morning flight out of Palermo airport. You need to look at a map or GPS to find it (it is a bit off the Main Street, above a pharmacy), but this means it is quiet and an easy stroll into the main part of Terrasini. The host gives you a coupon for breakfast in a pastry shop a few steps down the street; he even arranged for them to let us in early so we could get some food before we left. We used this hotel on our first night in Sicily as well - it was just what we needed!
