In terms of a hotel it’s a great facility. Breakfast lunch and dinner was an added bonus. The use of the beach and bar down there during the day was perfect.

Only downside I have to say is probably the location. Not really near anything and to get taxis/ubers are pretty expensive ! Most of the people staying there were fairly old, felt like a bit of a retirement village at times.

Amazing beach and water

Rooms were not clean when we arrived, had to waste an hour getting changed to different rooms. Everything had petty charges, like having to rent towels for the beach. Food and ‘restaurant’ was more like a cafeteria. Age of the majority of guests made it seem like we were staying at a seniors residence

need to clean more the beach side (sand), too loud music and entertainment, chaotic check-in update the process, food selection make it more enticing, update the facilities very old buildings, remove the small water pond/lake too many mosquitoes

Beach, pool area, selection of activities. My room was clean and good size with a balcony. Drinks staff and room service staff were very helpful.

Food selection and choices was awful and very limited for all the meals. I asked a staff member for an omelette which I guess was cooked by a junior chef due to its finish and lack of presentation. It also took forever to be delivered to my table. There are charges for the beach towel (which you can't get refreshed) of €7 per week with a €10 deposit.. all of which has to be paid in cash (which I wasn't aware of) . Some of the sports equipment also requires cash deposits. There is no ATM in the hotel or nearby. There is no real bar in the hotel. People sit around at tables like a shopping centre perhaps enjoying a drink but mostly playing card games, with absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever. (lots of overhead LED bright lights). When we arrived to check in I thought we had entered a nursing home (no disrespect) with all the elderly clientele who come for health treatments in the attached spa area. This is a medical facility really with no relaxing spa as you know it. It is quite isolated as a location with little or no taxi service. The local town of Terre Canne is quite a walk away and also limited in its facilities of entertainment or restaurant choices should you want a change of scene. I think the marketing team did a great job on their advertising campaign to upsell the resort.
