The location is fantastic, minutes walk to everywhere in Trani, great views and plenty of choice of restaurants and cafes close by…the port is only minutes away and easy to park. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and spacious

It’s up several flights and no elevator for luggage, it was also noisy and I’m unsure how, but the people in the next door apartment burst into mine at 2am. It also wasn’t easy to gain access as I checked in after 8pm, and 4G services are terrible in Trani so I had to walk around to find signal and even then the message wasn’t clear…it might be better if the confirmation message sends the access codes rather than having to make a call so late at night.

Unbeatable location with views of the port from a lovely sunny balcony. Huge comfy bed. Excellent walk-in shower.

51 steps to the room - you need to know before you go! But Riccardo met me and carried my baggage up. Many hitches to getting the wifi operating.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very central location right by the port.

The arrival instructions need to say that you must ring the owner to gain entry. We spent time in the hot sun trying bells and wondering how to get in. The shower head also needs replacing as the water sprays down the wall. No lift, not a problem for us.

I promised myself I would not write any reviews on any website anymore but I must make an exception for our Puglia trip and especially for Palazzo Marina. We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The owner Riccardo (he also has a very good and hil restaurant Il Fico only 50 meters from the B&B), the location (triple A), the service lady Claudia (so friendly, helpful and making the room impeccably clean every day), the breakfast downstairs (strongest but best espresso I ever had), the room (very spacious, clean, nice bathroom and a super bed - we slept like babies). I was in Trani many years ago just for a brief visit, but what a great town it is. Truely a town for foodlovers (check all the Michelin stars around), relaxing, nice views and lovely people. We fell in love with the town and this B&B. We'll definitely come back.

I specifically asked for a quiet room and was happy with room 3. Situated at the back of the building the view is not so great on a parking lot, but very quiet! And yes, due to the sea climate sometimes the plaster of the walls comes down but is cleaned every day by Claudia. The 50 steps up are a great exercise after having a big lunch!

Nobody on site. Had to ring number a few times before I got a response. No lift and a lot of steps to 2nd floor.. 2 hangers and nowhere else to put unpacked clothes.

we liked everything. a little tricky to find and not the easiest to get into (you really need to push the buttons on the key pad!) but Ricardo the host was always on hand as he has a bar/restaurant just round the corner.

Central location, just beside the entrance of the old town, great view. The room is tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed. Riccardo was a friendly and helpful host, he arranged free parking for the car just in front of the B&B and had someone to help with the luggage.

The arrival was a little confusing because the host was not there, and we have to ask in the neighbourhood for him. The shower was not working but it was quickly fixed. The self service breakfast is a good idea, but could be more varied.

Lovely large bright room. Large comfortable bed with very nice bed linens.

Breakfast was poor and the coffee machine was broken. It’s not clear when booking that you must phone the host to get access which can take time.
