Location is the best possible in the town, you are in the city center, but in a calm area, in front of the port and near all the points of interest. We got the surprise to get a room with a huge terrace, wonderful. The staff of the hotel has been so nice with us. We recommend this hotel 10000% for a couple. Take it as opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful towns in Puglia.

Breakfast is not the best when you compare the quality of food you can get by walking 2mins from the hotel. Lack of decoration in the bedroom, this is a « nice to have » but not mandatory. Overall, we recommend strongly this hotel !

It is a beautiful building, calm and cool in the summer heat. Perfectly situated on the harbour, for the passeggiata, bars and restaurants, our room also had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, the personal touch of a hotel was nice after staying in “B&B”s and apartments, where all human contact is through WhatsApp. It was great value and breakfast was excellent.

(These are just details since when you are there you don’t care about all that and it is a very good value for the money paid so we are just happy and thankful about our stay but it is objective that facilities are not perfect bathroom is quite mold and moquette old. Servings at breakfast could be more high standards for a 4 stars)

Very nice hotel in the old town. The hotel does not have parking, but there are many free parking places in the street nearby.

Average breakfast, no disent coffee. In the refrigirator, there were just water bottles. We assumed it was complimentary, as usual at 4 stars hotels, because there was no notice about it in the room. To our serprise, we have been asked to pay 4€ for the bottles (it's not the money but the attitude, charging without informing upfront)

The staff were excellent, made you feel welcome and were always happy to help and answer our requests. The hotel is well located being close to the restaurants and the old town without being right in the middle. The room was also a reasonable size and being a converted convent, very characteristic. Breakfast was served in the old chapel with a good variety of food.

The shower cubicle was very small and tight. There was also no kettle in the room so couldn't make a cup of tea or coffee.

A little rundown. No taxi service at the train station (not the fault of the hotel). The hotel did help me arrange a ride...but I found that Trani was not always the most inviting to tourism

You can feel a timeless atmosfere of Trani from the hotel . We found a free parking in front of the hotel.Closest pebble beach is in7 min walking distance. Lido colonna sandy beach is 9 minute driving. Nice park is behind the hotel,and beautiful port is in front of the hotel with fisherman selling they daily catch.Trani cathedral is unforgettable.

Location and the building - an old convent was impressive. The young man who was on reception was very helpful and gave great dinner recommendations.

Parking on street was tricky. Breakfast room was impressive but the food was very average. Basic rooms but a good price.

Charming hotel located by the small harbor in town. It has an old authentic aura about it. Friendly staff We had a lovely view from the room to the harbor Easy to park outside

The bed could have been a little better - but it wasn't a major issue.
