Quiet peaceful location, lovely food and wine pairing. Nice room. The staff in the restaurant and bar were exceptional.

Limited facilities for eating and drinking. The restaurant was closed at short notice on the Sunday with only the offer of wine tasting with local snacks. You need a car to get anywhere. The pool and sky bar are advertised but both closed during our stay at the end of April. Part of the reason we booked. We stayed for four nights but most people stayed for just one night.

Everything - Baglio Soria is one of those special places that offer a genuine and blissful escape from the world (if being surrounded by vine, palm trees and rolling countryside is your idea of bliss!). The views are stunning wherever you go, and the food and wine are truly delicious. The highlight for me however is the staff who were so warm and welcoming (and patient!) and were always on point with their wine recommendations. A very special and memorable place, I'll definitely be back.

Nothing - just be aware you do really need a car if you want to visit the surrounding area (taxis with equally kind drivers are available though!)

Super clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very kind and friendly. The location was close to Trapani city. Even though it was not located in the city centre, it is a nice area in the vineyard and convenient to travel other areas.

The breakfast is a continental and fairly basic, would expect some more local things to try. Even though the rooms seem to be new, you can hear everything through (we heard the upstairs guests talking loudly and even flushing the toilet)

The location on the vineyard is breathtaking and somehow quietly nestled just a short distance from the highway (easy to get to). Breakfast is great - the staff for the most part is excellent, the pool is beautiful and refreshing - the food/ chef/ service are really outstanding in the restaurant. This was the biggest surprise - some of our favorite dishes were eaten at the hotel. Well done!

Really can't think of much to improve upon.

Comfortable bed. Great food and wine. The wine tasting dinner was a good education to Firriato wine. Giuseppe made our trip—he is extremely knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations. We ate in the restaurant three nights as the hotel is out of the way. Food was very good. Nice big pool.

Room was very dark. In spite of having two sets of terrace doors, only one set of exterior doors would open. Terrace had not been swept in some time. Our bathroom was dirty. Mold in the toilet and shower. Sink looked like it had just been wiped out. Lighting was poor for applying makeup. Ended up sitting on terrace with a compact mirror for better light. No full length mirror.

Everthing was perfect arranged and very friendly People. Ideal for relaxing en enjoy the quite lifestyle. A must to visit Sicilië the theme dinner at the sly lounge was excellent and gorgeous view of the surrounding winyards, even at night. The aperitive theme with wine teasting at the winyard was Excellent. ...

On the weekend the person at the reception was not (yet) available at 8.00 a.m. to check out.

Very quiet winery out of the city area offering really good accommodation and dining facilities. Staff were genuinely happy and interacted with us to personalise our experience. Wines were excellent and food was mostly above average.

A tweak only in the time keeping when offering wine pairings and wine tasting.

Stunning place with tremendous views, delicious local wines which you can try during various tastings, with passionate explanations by their sommelier. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. We had an absolutely fantastic time and felt fully relaxed when leaving - we will be back!

Wr loved our stay here. The setting is gorgeous. We participated in a wine tasting with light dinner. Although the vibe of this hotel is professional and a bit formal the wine tasting was super fun and Giuseppe did an amazing job telling us the history of the property and sharing his knowledge of the wine. Dinner in the dining room was delicious and the ambiance again very professional and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

We reserved and paid for a deluxe room shown to be and stated that it would be a room with a balcony and 4 poster bed. The room we received was clean and comfortable but simple and plain. it felt like a Marriott in the USA. That was disappointing.

The location amongst the vineyards is terrific, and Trapani is close by.

The staff made us feel invisible, as if they were totally uninterested in independent travellers. There was no information provided to us about the property, let alone about the area.
