The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff very welcoming. The parking in front of the hotel (at around 50m) is very spacious, comfortable and safe. The room was very clean and well maintained. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

The dinner was good but the staff was very very slow. Maybe there were a bit too many customers but waiting 2 hours for a complete dinner was rather tiring. Anyway the staff apologized for the inconvenience and I can understand that sometimes can happen to have more guests than expected.

Very comfortable room and hotel. We only stayed one night, as it was close to the airport. Good service.

Very limited breakfast, we were not informed about free Wi-Fi. The air conditioning was set below our comfort level and we couldn't change it on the sensor. It was very cold that night and we had to use a blanket, even though it was over 30 degrees outside.

Nice hotel, very welcoming staff at the reception, we came late in the evening and the girl from reception was very helpful, she assisted to order a pizza as everything was closed already.

It's quite far away from the airport and they don't have a shuttle, only a bus once a day. Also they do not have any taxi company to cooperate with, so you need to take into consideration that 15 min trip to /from the airport without traffic will cost you 50 eur, so 100 eur both ways. Cabs from airport or app- price aprox. the same. If we knew this before of course we would book different hotel, closer to the airport. It's too expensive for transfer sorry, more than we paid for the room.

Breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel had a beautiful garden, great staff, and located next to a small town.

Location was far. By taxi it's 50 euros for a 15 minute drive. Perhaps better to advice guests about the costs of transportation. But it's not the fault of the hotel. I would still go to the hotel again! The stay was definitely worth it!

A good place to stay e.g. if you have to travel next morning from Bergamo airport. Just 15-20 minute ride by car. Very reasonably priced offer for dinner and accommodation. They will feed you even if you arrive at the very last instant of scheduled dinner and they will prepare a breakfast box for you if you have to travel even very early in the morning.

Great stay. Smiling and helpful personnel, spacious and comfortable room, shower with much water, Murano glass chandeliers and other antique decor, breakfast with wide choice and amazing green territory. Also I got an upgraded room likely due to season opening) I will come again!

Nice hotel outside Bergamo with beautiful yard. Good value for money. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was ok, not too much to choose, but fresh and tasteful. Taxi from airport around 50eur.

Bare in mind that it is not close to the Bergamo center, so if you don't have a car, there are not too many bus connections.

The beds were wide and comfy, and the shower had a lot of pressure behind it. Nice staff, OK location for us - 20min drive from the airport, away from the busy city, view on the hills.

We had an early flight, so requested a breakfast-box, which turned out to be a bag with some food in it. But the food was no real food at all, all junk food, so we had to throw it all away, as we don't eat food like that. Maybe it's a good idea to ask the guests what they'd like to have in their bag, as this was a waste of the products, as they ended up in the garbage..... The other thing we didn't like was the fact that there is a huge 4G and 5G cell phone tower literally in the backyard of the hotel. And for people sensitive to those things, this hotel is not a good place to stay. We enjoyed our comfy room, but fall into the category "radiation sensitive", so for us this one is a one time stay. But overall, nice staff, nice hotel, and good rooms.

The hotel is just 15 minutes away from BGY airport, the surrounding areas are very nice, and nature is all over the place. Trescore Balneario Is in a ver strategic location where you can plan super nice day road trips, even to Switzerland

I hoped two receive room with two beds but got with queen size. Fortunately staff gave us two seperate beddings
