I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel that is very close to the airport. Although I only stayed for one night, the experience was amazing. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous private entrance to the pool. Everything was clean and the hotel is full of nature, creating a serene atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious (be aware that to go to the restaurant you have to go down throught the stairs). A special thanks to the lovely woman assisting during breakfast, she was incredibly helpful and sweet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. The villa we were allocated was huge, with a private area leading directly into the pool. The spa bath was a welcomed surprise and the property was very clean.

The things that let out stay down was that the bed was as hard as a rock, there was no coffee or milk provided in the room, along with no plates or cutlery and the breakfast wasn’t great, very little on offer and they didn’t let us know that they stopped serving this at 9:30 on weekdays.

Peaceful and calm atmosphere, very quiet area. The breakfast room was underground in a beautiful converted basement with exposed brick walls and ceiling and beautiful lights, the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful as were the receptionists. Nothing was too much hassle for them :-) Very good value for the price paid.

Restaurant was closed due to a wedding, so we had to get dinner from elsewhere. Also after a storm the Gardner had the leaf blower out getting rid of al the fallen debris from bushes and flowers, but could not reach our private sun lounge area so we had lots of bits al on the floor.

nothing really I used it to travel to bergamo exhibition halls and it was a little far out but they dont advertise being close. Easy transfer from airport 25 euros. 35 euros to the exhibition 40 with tip

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Beautiful and quiet location, very authentic park, nice restaurant. Bus stop nearby, so no problem to move around during the day without a car. The breakfast was decent, the breakfast room is lovely. Staff both on breakfast and reception were very nice

Dirty room as for the 4 star hotel. But we told at the reception and they called cleaners to solve it

Easy to find Hotel. Easy check in process. Plenty of car parking available. Room / apartment was excellent and well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plain and simple, but enjoyable. Easy efficient check out.

Nothing for me to dislike.

The property has beautiful gardens around the rooms. The staff is exceptionally devoted to helping. Upon entering my room, I quickly noticed that the frig is not working; the drinks were at room temperature. The receptionist immediately gave me a new room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to visit the Bergamo area.

We booked this hotel as a place to sleep so we could catch the plane the next morning. I wish I could have spent more time at the hotel because the grounds are beautiful with and amazing high pool which we could not enjoy since we did not have our swim suits.The Breakfast buffet was a feast for kings and Queens with chandeliers and all. The grounds are maintained and beautiful foliage and bunnies. The room was huge, very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.I will say that the pictures do not give it justice. They need to hire a professional photographer. What a wonderful surprise this hotel was.

I can not think of anything that I didn't like and I am very picky.

Great big room with private entrance and a garden, perfect for my pet. Beautiful green area in the hotel. I could not use the swining pool but it looks nice.

The breakfast was served downstairs in a kind of cave, very basic..with all the beautiful space and area they have outside, I think it could be a more enjoyable experience. Also as I was with my pet, it was not possible to go with him in the common areas and they don t offer a delivery in the room to composate, but I think most hotels have the same pet policy. I red in the comments when I booked that you can not use the kitchen as nothing is available unless you stay more than a week, so I took what I needed with me to be flexible with the pet and I could use it...so if you stay less than a week and need the kitchen, get everything with you! They charge 20 euros for the pet when most hotels charge 10 euros, but it still worth it as you have a private garden.

Hotel is quite close to the airport. Our room was very comfortable, nice and clean. Breakfast good- or in breakfast room with wide choise or served in our room.
