Nice and competent service, tasty breakfast, but for a 4 star hotel a small selection of products. Good room equipment with shampoo, toothbrush, several fresh towels every day. In plus a fridge with drinks included in the price (one cola, lemonade and water)

Small selection of products for breakfast (two types of cold cuts ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, breakfast cereal ), lack of vegetables (lettuce, cucumber and tomato) and whole grain bread. At this price, a kettle could be in the room or two teas in the room included in the price of the stay.

The hotel is very clean and located in a great area, close to everything you need. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom door was made of glass, which didn’t feel very private.

Convenient to Bergamo airport, which was the purpose of our stay. Only 20 minutes drive. We had the family suite and it was very spacious and spotless. It had a lovely hot tub in the room too, much to our daughter’s surprise! We had an early start and were able to order breakfast to the room. Fabulous restaurant across the road.

Great location - close to Bergamo airport. The rooms were big and comfy. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Everything at the hotel seemed well taken care of

Very clean well maintained and modern , very helpful staff they try every thing they can do to make your stay as comfortable and easy as they can, definitely I will come again next time soon

Every single thing is perfect

The hosts made us breakfast bags so we could leave early for our flight - much appreciated. There is not restaurant there but perfectly acceptable take away facilities which the hotel organises.

We really wanted to use the wellness facilities but they were closed for cleaning or something 'covid related'. Personally, I wish hotels would stop advertising their facilities if there isn't a good chance of accessing them. Can only lead to disappointment. The hotel is still about 20 minutes drive from the airport

Was expecting that a hotel that shows 4 stars on the entrance have a restaurant for dinner.

I really liked this hotel, the apartments were expensive, but spacious - 75 sq m. The jacuzzi tub in the room was really big. the design of the Wild number is very beautiful and impressive! Bed linen is changed every night. The dishes ordered in the restaurant were really very tasty, and the price was good! The parking lot near the hotel is very convenient and free. Not far from Bergamo Airport.

It was a really good escape! We liked this close to nature and quiet place very much. Our room was huge, modern and clean. Hot tub is just perfect - as good as new. We enjoyed breakfast as well!
