The property itself is lovely! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff were great even with the lead up to our stay great support and communication.

It's location, we only stayed as we had a wedding around 10 minutes away. If your looking for a location with lots to do and easy route to city centres I would not recommend this property. There isn't a lot to do. There is a little town open around 10/15 walk but very little is open

I arrived later than checkin but Frederica organised someone to bring me the key card when I arrived

Nothing, the apartment was ready with everything you could possibly need. All I had to do was go to the grocery store and buy food

Good value for money! Position is OK, but the room was nice and clean

There is not much personemnel around in case you something - as reception hours are quite limited

The staff was really nice letting us sleep one hour more by checking out at 10,30 instead of 9,30.

The location is excellent to explore the area and go to the many beautiful beaches around. The price is fair and the room is clean. It is great to have a terrace and a kettle in the room.

A mini fridge in the room would improve the stay. The reception times are quite tight and do not give much flexibility for checking in and out. The car park seems to be reserved for long staying guests which is a bit annoying as we would have been happy to pay extra for the comfort of parking close and avoid the crowded street parking. We found that the shower gel provided (2 small bottles) was not enough.

Poor sound isolation and extremely uncomfortable beds. Also bedsheets a bit old.

The cleanliness: no room cleaning at all and no shampoo in the shower. Btw, the shower was half broken and one day without hot water (in November!). No one to call in case of problems. The communication with the staff was just terrible. The check-out time at 9am is just ridiculous. The location: the residence is literally in the middle of nowhere.
