This accommodation is truy what we were looking for. We met Marco at the office and he was very informative to help us know about the area. He had two available rooms and let us make a choice. That was so nice to be able to do. The room was like an apartment. We had a kitchenette, with a living space and separate bedroom. Also a balcony with a terrace and table a chairs to sit. The pool was and surrounding area was fabulous. We also liked the restaurant next door. After vacationing for about 4 weeks - it was nice to be able to make some meals. We extended our stay another night - so we were there 3 nights total.

We found out that the wifi was not available in the rooms, but was available in near the office and restaurant. Although that was not preferred, we were ok sitting outside in that area for access. Most people do not need this, but as we were traveling and still doing some work it would have been more ideal to have it in the room. However, the other attributes of the location and accomodations and the hosts outweighed that aspect.

A great apartment, fantastic swimming pool, close to the beach. Marco the manager very helpful and great communication prior to holiday. Easy drive to some beautiful hilltop towns such as Populonia and Massa Marittima, and large costal town of Piombino.

Excellent location beside the seam - 5 Min in the car. Supermarkets also nearby. Restaurant top quality and warm friendly atmosphere. Swimming pool best I've seen in 20 years here in Italy.

Fantastic location, clean and big pool. Really helpful personnel with lot of information about the area. Nice rooms, eventhough it could be moře modern, but generally no problem at all.

Everything was perfect, the swimming pool is the best!!! It is really big and clean. The location is great, close to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly

Could have done with a kettle and hairdryer. But this is only a suggestion.

Marco is very outgoing and pleasant host, who takes good care of your needs and wishes. The single apartments are nicely separated, so you never feel bothered and have a good amount of privacy. There is a pool present that looked spotlessly clean, had a child section of the pool with lower depth and had an ample selection of sun beds and umbrellas. Attached to the complex is a decent restaurant, so there is no need for driving to dinner every evening. You can find at least 3 beaches in the near vicinity of the apartment, we tried 2 of them and were very satisfied. There is private parking for guests, which was very pleasantly near to the apartments themselves. Even thought the complex is close to the main road, it is not a very frequented one and we could hear absolutely nothing, the stay was very relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely recommend :)

Marco is a great host. The accommodation is very well located to cycle to the beach and the price is more than fair for the quality.

The place was perfect and for excellent value for money compared to other places we have stayed in the area. Marco was very helpful in trying to order us a taxi and was accommodating to all our needs. The rooms are large and the pool was very clean.
