Great room with lots of space to move around even with the sofa bed in use. It felt so airy and comfy with enough furniture and storage space as well as a mini fridge. The balcony was great to relax with table and chairs and also with a lot of space and an airer to dry your clothes. The cleaning personnel was really thorough and efficient. Congrats also to the reception personnel who has been very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great too, both savoury and sweet options, great Italian coffee and cakes. Private parking was free and felt secure. Another positive point was the free bicycle rental, especially because the main seaside road has bicycle lane and it is flat so even non bicycle enthusiasts will like it too. Would definitely return next year if possible.

Before coming we were a bit concerned about noise from the passing trains, but to be honest it did not affect us. As any place of the Mediterranean during the summer there are mosquitos, so make sure you bring something for that. The good thing is that the rooms have nets in the balcony doors so you can feel more safe in the room.

The location is close to the beach. Plenty of space for parking next to the hotel. Breakfast was good, but on for Sunday morning a bit crowded. Rooms were clean and with entrance to the balcony on the south side.

Due to late arrival (abt 22:00) the key was not available. The receiption is working only until 20:00 and starting 09:00 on Monday, which can be an issue in case of early check-out.

The room was quite large and clean. Breakfast was good and the bike rental service amazing.

The living room felt like a bit of unused potential. There would be space for a small table with chairs and some more kitchen appliances like a cattle and microwave to be standard in the room. I know one can ask for it but it would be better if it was already available

Loved how spacious and large the room was. We had an entire apartment with a balcony for a really good price. The reception communicated very well with us to ensure we had a smooth check in and check out. They had a great and wide selection for breakfast which is especially and a pleasant surprise for Italy breakfast standards. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the beach and beachfront restaurants. It is such a homey and family oriented neighbourhood which was peaceful and lovely. Also stable WiFi for working as needed, although we went to the restaurants to work.

The apartment was a little further from the beach than I imagined but that was nothing since I imagined it to be a 20sec walk and it was a 3min walk. Not a problem. I just thought I could see the beach from my balcony.

The staff was AMAZING!! One of them even called the lost and found at the airport for us because of the language barrier. The rooms were clean, the grounds were clean. The landscape was very cute!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Breakfast was great, nice to have the bicycles. The room was super. I enjoyed the balcony and drying rack.

It would be helpful to have a tea kettle in the room.

I did not believed that the train across will be so loud but it honestly was. Had some issue while sleeping with that but managed to make it work.

the property is very close to the railway and to a main road that connect Pratoranieri to the city center and the rooms on the back are noisy

Me and my family we had our trip to Tuscany after 4 years of no sun and no warm and we booked this hotel after taking in consideration the online reviews, it was a perfect choice!!! The hotel is very clean and beautiful, close to everything and very nice staff from all departments specially Alessia from reception, she was very helpful 🤗❤️!!! Thank you for our lovely stay!!!
