I liked everything

We checked in very late and the owner was very nice and didn't seem to mind at all. She is super friendly and her staff is aswell. Loved the treatment and loved the all in all experience. We had breakfast included and it was simple and delicious! A good starter in to the day.

No downsides to be honest.

Position... In front of the station, but quite far from the town. We arrived late (23.00) due to traffic. We had to check in in another hotel. The only staff was a security guard. A little unsettling. It's a good value stopover bed. There's a bar under the hotel for breakfast.

Staff were helpful, room was spacious and clean. A fan was provided, which helped keep the room cool. There was a lift. Decent stopover hotel

The location is very simple and utilitarian, the hotel is in front of the Venturina train station. It’s not charming but it’s useful to reach nearby locations such as Baratti and Piombino. The hotel is simple but clean and the room was spacious. Our bed was comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast is a very simple croissant and coffee and croissant from the bar next door.

There was nothing bad with our room, we found it to be as described on Booking, so we got what we were expecting. The worst bit is that the hotel has little noise cancelation and is directly on a road and overlooking the train station, so our room was a bit noisy. The lift didn’t work. Perhaps the overall facilities could be improved with a little more care.

If you adverstise a hotel then there needs to be a personal presence of someone on the property, thats the reason why we didnt book an apartment. We didnt want to wait half an hour for someone to give a key and drive off. Thats and apartment, advertise as such because thats what it is. Fix details, cupboard doors falling off etc, people could get hurt.

Very easy access to everywhere right next to the train station also this means its very busy. All restaurants near by. Its OK for a one night.

Beacaure I chose so central please it's little noisy. The bathroom (private)was in the stairway so you must leave the room to go to toilet. It is not ensuite

The hotel we booked was closed for refurb. We had no notification of this. There was a message left on the door only in Italian. Thank goodness for Google translate
