Perfect location, beautiful beach, garden and pool area. Perfect for families with small children. Very good wifi.

Basic accommodation, but eventually meeting all our needs. Two pools separate for hotel and the village. Bathing cap to be used inside the pool (can be bought on spot)

For 2 people with 1-2 kids it was a spacious apartment with nice outside terrace (although it had only 2 chairs). The pools are amazing! We loved the location as the closest resort to the old town of Vieste, only a 10-minute walk. It was very nice from the reception girl to guide us to our apartment upon arrival.

No regular restaurant on-site, only the one in the hotel catering to half-board/full-board and offering these dinners for 35 euro. Check-in process was quite slow (check-out very fast). No WiFi in the apartment, only at the pool.

Nice organisation in complex. Lot of trees and flowers.

English speaking staff only at reception. Air conditioning only if you pay additionally 10 euro per day. Apartments’ guests are not allowed to use hotel swimming pool area (especially better quality and claner sunbeds) although this area is not separated from apartments’ swimming pool area and it was not mentioned in the offer that there are any restrictions and there was no possibility to recognize or increase standard of the offer at the time of booking.

Pictures on booking.com do not reflect the quality of the actual property. The room was basic but had enough. Not enough information about additional charges: towels were not included (no bath or dish towels). Bath towels 5euro per person. No dish washing items available. Air conditioning not available unless extra cost paid. Swimming pools beautiful but require swimmers to wear a cap. Maybe this is an Italian thing but we have not seen it anywhere else. Generally, the description of the property on booking.com should make the exclusions clearer and make sure the pictures show the room more accurately.

The resort is nice and full of plants. Also close to the beach and city center.

The appartment was equipped with almost nothing. No soap at the bathroom, not even sheets on the bed. No kettle or microwave in the kitchenette as advertised. Certainly not 4 stars.
