Location good, near the beach

The breakfast was quite disappointing. There were often no hot dishes available, and the selection mainly consisted of sweet items. We stayed at the hotel for seven days, and the food was the same every day. When hot dishes were available, they usually included only scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. As for vegetables, only tomatoes were offered. Additionally, sometimes we waited 10–15 minutes for scrambled eggs.

Breakfast was good but 8:00 to 10:00. Always very busy. Hard to find a table, hard to order your coffees, everything kept running out I never saw fried eggs on buffet until last day. All servers tried their best but were all overwhelmed and start to get very rude. Location was perfect. Easy to get to beach and walk to town at night. I have never paid for chairs on a beach when hotel is as large as this. The chairs and umbrellas should have been included in the cost. The pool was great except they should have service, we would have spent much more money on cocktails and food especially if the pizza bar would have been available. Also the times the restaurant is open was ridiculous with a large hotel as this. Pizza closed between 1:00 and 7:00 or something like that. The snack bar should have a lot more items like better panini's etc. somewhere in the hotel should be ice available. The hotel cleanliness rooms and grounds were spectacular. Beautiful rooms.

Snack bar, pool service, no ice machine anywhere. Wearing a cap in the pool is ridiculous especially since I saw more hair on men's backs than on their heads. This whole concept is ridiculous. Good chlorine maintenance is good hygiene practice. The $3/day/person tax is also annoying I would definitely return if a few of these things changed.

Great location , spacious clean modern room with balcony, Average buffet breakfast. Good location - The hotel was located a~ 20 mins walk. distance into town and there is a nice marina. The Hotel had a lovely pool and garden and outside bar area.

At Breakfast the worst coffee in 3 weeks travelling in Puglia. Proper changing room by the pool would be nice especially on our last day after checking out. Instead we to use the poolside toilet. And showers by the pool. Having to pay 5EUR per person for a Beach/pool towel. All All the other resort hotels in Puglia that we stayed this was included in the room price. The Air-conditioning seems to go off when you leave the room. So if you are out for the day the room gets very hot.

Welcoming staff, perfect location, and very nice beach. Wonderful garden, very quiet and relaxing place overall. Excellent for families, also with young children.

We ate at the restaurants every day and the food was good 80% of the times. Somewhat heavy to digest. Next time I'd consider the apartment solutions at the camping side (baia degli aranci).

The hotel is in a nice location, very near a beautiful beach, at easy walking distance from the historic center of Vieste. The facility has a very nice swimming pool and spacious rooms, two restaurants (one inside and one near the swimming pool) . The staff is very friendly and hepful

A good quiet location, in its own green territory, but still close to the town, a comfortable 20 minute walk. It was exceptionally clean and well run with plentiful polite and attentive staff.

The breakfast was a little light on anything other than pastries. Although the pastries were delicious.

On check in, poor communication by staff. Just brought us and showed us our room. Did not tell us room functions, how the paid beach worked, what time restaurants closed, how there were 2 separate pools, the swim cap rules, yoga

The room was large and had a very nice balcony. They had a small dinner menu (different every night) that could be requested that turned out to be some of the nicest dinners we had in Italy. It was a four course meal that was an excellent value. The included breakfast was also excellent. Our waiter Vincent (sorry about the english name) was also excellent and made going to the restaurant a pleasure.

There happened to be a wedding there for an entire day into the night. It was hard to avoid how loud it was… especially the enormous fireworks display that went off at the end. I didn’t mind, but there happened to be a huge group of cyclists there for a race the next day and I can’t imagine they were happy!

Good location, walking distance to the beach and supermaraket. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Very nice garden and pool area. Free bikes included in the price of the room.

The hotel is housed in several buildings. Quite a long walk uphill. The room I lived in did not have a balcony. Bicycles require more maintenance.
