We loved everything. Francesco our host was the nicest man, he told us where to park and met us there and drove us to the accommodation and helped us with our luggage, he took us back to the car when we left too. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The location was perfect, a short walk to the old town, bars, cafes and restaurants. Francesco gave us a dinner recommendation which was great. We were sorry to leave.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the property. There were 5 of us in our group. We shared a common entrance and all of our rooms were on the same floor. This was very convenient. Each of the three nice-sized bedrooms rooms had it’s own on-suite bathroom. The owner Francesco was always a text away. He helped us when we lost a room key or had any questions. He contacted me before arrival to set a time and picked us up at the bus station with our luggage which was so helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was the highlight of the morning. Wonderful sea views with delicious and generous foods. We were served cappuccino, crusty Italian bread with salamis and cheeses, pastries, fresh fruit and juice. The location is excellent. Center of town is a five-minute walk. So many adorable little restaurants, pizzerias, shops and streets to pass the time discovering. They were having a bit of a chilly spell and it was somewhat rainy during our stay. The month of May is before the busy season so we liked that it was not crowded at all.

A few things to be noted… * there are about a dozen steps to climb to our rooms which was not a problem for us * the beds and pillows were rather firm * some street noise can be heard in the room *breakfast was served on the rooftop from 8-10am making it noisy in the rooms if you are a late sleeper * room key card is inserted inside room to turn on power to the room. Request two keys if you will have a different schedule during the day at all.

The property offered everything we were looking for. The location was perfect. Located right in the town and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and we loved the balcony off the bedroom. The terrace where we had breakfast each morning had a spectacular view. Francesco recommended a nearby bar with awesome beer and food. The name is Reload. I had one of the best burger’s I have ever had and the drinks hit the spot as well. We loved this place so much we recommended it to our brother, who will be staying there this weekend! Next time we are in Vieste we will definitely book here again!

Nothing we did not like.

Not the easiest place to find I have to say,but our host Francesco came to our rescue What a star he is,nothing to much trouble,he even drove with me to the nearest petrol station to fill up my car.How many hosts would do that,Top man The rooms and bathroom are both good,Breakfast on rooftop is a bonus.And all within walking distance of beaches ,port and town centre All in all a good visit

The pillows were bordering on the hard side,could do with some spare that are soft

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. He even picked me up and dropped me off at the parking lot where he suggested I park. There was also a beach club access included, which I took advantage of, granted it was a bit of a walk to get there. The views from the terrace were excellent and the location was great too.

A bit of noise from neighbours but that is to be expected in the centre of the city.

The property is in an excellent location in walking distance to the historic centre, the port and beaches. It has a roof terrace for relaxing and breakfast. The room is comfortable, with a little balcony. a fridge and aircon. The bed is very comfortable. Francesco, our English speaking host, went out of his way to meet us at a car park, and get us and our luggage in his car to the lodging in a pedestrian area, advised us about a great boat trip along the coast and gave us vouchers for lounges and an umbrella at a private beach.

The view from the rooftop is amazing, one of the best in Vieste. The host is just super helpful: luggage, easy communication, arrange an excursion, recommand restaurant, available. Breakfast is nice. Parking 7 euros a day 5 minutes walk away.

Rooms are a bit basic but fonctionnal. It’s not very important as it’s not where you will pass the most of your time.

This property is amazing. Fransesco couldn’t have been more helpful. He messaged before hand and picked us and our luggage up to bring us to the property. Then he dropped us to the beach and organised free sun beds for us. Breakfast next day was lovely. Then he dropped us back to our car. Brilliant service and such a lovely host.

The most enjoyable stay I have had in Italy . Host was so helpful .. collected me from bus station , took me to the port for boat trip, took me back to bus station and was always available by phone if not onsite . Good breakfast too with juice and fresh fruit as well as pastries and coffee served on the roof terrace

Nothing not to like

Our host, Francesco, was so welcoming and helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station; he arranged a boat trip for us with 10 minutes to spare and drove us to the boat; he told us about a lovely walk along the coast which we enjoyed very much. Francesco also chatted with us and even helped me by chatting in Italian. I didn't get many chances to speak Italian in the 18 days we were touring the south so this was a special treat for me. The breakfast on the terrace was great: fresh fruit, coffee, croissants, fruit juice. The room was lovely, spacious, with a balcony, chairs and table inside and out. The bathroom was also spacious. The room was cleaned and fresh linen provided, which was a first on our trip. It wasn't necessary, for us, but it was nice to have the offer. We had free use of the upstairs terrace too for drinking wine/tea. Great location for historic part and 8 minutes walk to the tourist port, 10 to nearest beach. THANK YOU: We'll be back
