Big balcony with spectacular view over Vieste and the sea. Wonderful terrace on top floor for breakfast, with both outside and protected tables from the sun. Breakfast was excellent with various choices of yoghurt, fruit, bruschetta, bread, croissants etc.

Parking was fine - a little way from the property but you can take your car to about 20 metres from the accommodation to unload, although a busy road. Maybe clarification about exactly where the parking is as there are a couple of parking areas, and it is situated next to another property.

The hotel is located in Old Vieste, up on the top part, overlooking an amazing view. The room is spacious and nicely designed with a beautiful terrace. Breakfast is generous and Rosa is always wanting to please her guests. Rosa is indeed the best host we encountered in our trip to Pulgia. She is very very friendly and charming. But Rosa for us is also an angel as she went out of her way to help us in a stressful time for us when our car broke down outside of Vieste at night. In short, we highly recommend her place.

The views from the rooftop are just amazing and the location is perfect to explore Vieste. The breakfast was excellent and the food you get in their restaurant is the best we had on our 2 weeks trip through Apulia. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The room is very beautiful as well.

The check-in Times are limited during afternoon. We arrived around 4.30 pm in the afternoon but check-in was only possible at 6.30 pm as nobody was available on the phone. I don't know how strict they take it usually, but as we arrived they had a family emergency.

Room size, breakfast, location and the friendly staff who prepared the breakfast! The best breakfast we had during our 2 weeks holidays in Italy. Highly recommend this B&B and the restaurant called Dranone in front of B&B is excellent with food and beautiful inside. Many thanks to 2 ladies for our amazing breakfasts!

Ross's is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, as it's just inside the old city gate, so it's easy to get in and out. Parking is not so easy, but Ross's offered a parking spot not too far away. The view from the top patio is lovely, and there are several places to sit filled with furniture. Breakfast was 💯, fully featured

Great value for money. We were in room 1, which I think is the most modest of the rooms but a well designed, clean and welcoming retreat for when we were not out and about exploring Vieste and the surrounding area. Rosa is incredibly sweet as are her team and the breakfast every morning was a fresh and delicious start to the day.

I’m very pillow fussy and the pillows were a bit firm.

This was unique and absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are so well kept and modern The bathroom had a huge shower and we got the Jacuzzi room This room has THE BEST VIEWS and also access to the balcony We really felt like we hit the jackpot! Breakfast every morning was a delight with homemade cakes and tarts We definitely recommend eating at the restaurant too! Wow! It's in a cave, the service was incredible and we receive a discount as guests Best start to our Italian adventure!

Very beautiful, new and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly! Really good breakfast (Rosa, the owner prepares for you exactly what you want), with fresh and high quality food. I highly recommend the place.

Since there is a photo of a jacuzzi/hot tub on the main Booking.com page of reservations, we thought this was part of the hotel’s facilities available for everyone. However, we found that there that the hot tub was part of a private suite. So that was the only thing that made us a bit disappointed. All the rest is perfect.

Lovely facility, great staff. Rooftop breakfast was a treat. Terrific location in the center of town.

The 18 steps to get to the main floor was not our favorite, especially carrying a heavy suitcase. Parking can be a challenge in the area. And the modern bathroom lighting could have traded style for function.

Location is fantastic, and the type of accommodation is great. A old house that has been renovated with a breath taking view from the terrace. The rooms have everything you need and the breakfast is excellent, super fresh food and delicious!
