the accomodation is in an absolutely fantastic place on the sea promenade of Vieste, we had a free upgrade with which we got a room on the last floor with an accessible terrace overlooking the seaside, absolutely magical place. The breakfast is served on another rooftop nearby and it is absolutely a top service, the personnel and the manager are fantastic hosts who will make your breakfast very special, the food served is fresh, local and extremely tasty

Lovely spacious room, very clean, great water pressure.

We were woken up at 7am by the breakfast preparation given our room proximity to the kitchen. It was very loud, but I don’t think it would be the case in the other rooms.

The location was perfect with a lovely view of the sea from the roof top terrace. Andrea was a great host directing us to safe parking and meeting us on arrival to transport us to the B&B. He also gave great recommendations for dinner. Breakfasts had a selection of fruit, croissants, toast, cake and jams all enjoyed on the terrace. Even gluten free croissants where provided.

Host Andrea. Good B&B. Great room with sea view looking out to sea and view of the lighthouse. Great location to explore Vieste by foot including the nearby beach of Pizzomunno. Breakfast was good, fresh and plentiful - with wonderful service from Angelica.

We loved our room with balcony and fabulous view over the Vieste Bay. Breakfast daily on the rooftop was superb and delicious, while overlooking the town. It was fabulous to be met by Walter and we appreciated all the local Information.

Situated in the heart of the old town, this sympathetically modernised, characterful property was perfect for us. An unexpected balcony with sea glimpses raised our spirits in the inclement weather. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, served on the terrace with stunning view when the weather relented. Communication was prompt and informative.

Walter was an excellent host! beautiful view from room and breakfast rooftop area. nothing to complain about at all . breakfast was generous and fresh.

parking was a bit far and I imagine when things get busy it will be hard to park and drop off luggage and go park but it worked well for us and at a reasonable price
