Lovely light, clean room, very comfortable bed, excellent shower in a great bathroom useful mini fridge. Wonderful view of the sea from the little balcony. The location was very handy for the old town and nearby restaurants and as we were visiting out of season, we were able to park right outside on the street as all the restaurant tables etc had been taken in. The bonus was the warm welcome from Alessandro (who carried our cases up the stairs) and Vanessa, who provided us with more breakfast than we could eat and any information we might need. Mixed autumn weather meant we only managed one breakfast on the terrace (in coats) but it would be wonderful in warmer months. On our last morning we had to leave very early for the airport and they set up a breakfast on the table in our room while we were out the day before, very thoughtful and appreciated!

Nothing, but, as others have commented, if stairs are a problem, then it's not for you.

From the time we arrived until the time we left after five wonderful days, we were looked after impeccably. Our room was compact but superbly fitted out. Our view and sense of connection with town was wonderful. The breakfasts were generous and served with great care. There was a very positive atmosphere and all the guests seemed to be similarly delighted with the whole experience sharing pleasant salutations and good wishes at multiple points in the day.

The only comment that might lean more toward the negative was access to the hotel is fire for flights of very steep stairs. This was not problematic except when arriving and leaving with heavy suitcases. I appreciate that this is very difficult to re-engineer with an existing stone built building.

One of our favorite places to stay during our 2+ week trip in southern Italy. Perfect location. Easy walk to everything. The B&B was very clean, airy and beautifully updated. Everything you could want or need was in the room - safe, kettle, mini fridge. Our room had a small balcony with great views of the water. There was a drying rack on the balcony which came in handy. The beautiful roof top patio has amazing views where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and and relaxed with some wine every evening. The breakfast that Vanessa served every morning was substantial, delicious and fresh. Each morning breakfast was a little different - all with quality ingredients. Vanessa provided beach towels for the beach and recommended a fabulous restaurant (Lido Vesta Restaurant) for dinner. The recommended parking was only a few streets away from the B&B. The parking would have been difficult to find but they provided pictures of the route which was very helpful. One thing to note - there are several flights of steep stairs to reach the rooms but Vanessa's husband helped us up the stairs with our bags. He also provided maps and suggestions of places to visit. They are both so welcoming and helpful. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Vieste.

Very nice room with modern decor. Rooftop breakfast has amazing views and good food. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, just a 'charming' as the room.

It's a hefty drive when going by car. We took the route over the mountain and through the ancient forest. Lots of S curves, we wish we had reserved more time to stop and experience the dramatic seclusion and mystery of this route. We returned via the coastal road which was an easier drive, still very scenic.

Everything was just amazing. The location was perfect just at the entrance of the historic centre but also short walk to the beach. The owners were absolutely fantastic came out to the street where we arrived and drove with us to parking place which was nearby. The property is stunning. Cleaning services every day. Breakfast was out of this world on the roof top terrace with lovely views and ambient music. Bed was very comfortable very tastefully done interior as well. The views from our balcony and roof top terrace were breathtaking. Make sure you watch the sunrise from there. Thank you so much to the lovely owners who made sure we have a amazing stay we had everything we needed and also gave us recommendations for places to visit

Really nothing to complain about. Maybe only I would mention in description it’s a top floor so if you have any problem with walking up the stairs it’s not for you as there is no lift but we were fine otherwise we would have no views like this.

This is a magical place. Our room had a spectacular view. Both from the balcony and from our bed. The rooftop sitting area is incredible, as is the breakfast area. The hosts are wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The location could not be better, as there is tremendous variety within a 15-minute walking radius of the location. This is the kind of place you dream about.

Some people may find the steps a tad difficult, but I appreciated getting a little more exercise.

Amazing hosts! Very helpful, they took care of every detail. The breakfasts are not only good, it's a whole experience because they are served on the terrace with a beautiful view and atmospheric music. The hosts make sure that everyone gets what they like for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, they clean them every day. Perfect location, close to everything, 2 minutes to the old town, 10 minutes to the beach.

Elegant hotel in central location. Easy walk to everywhere. 5 min walk to walking tours meeting point. Restaurants across the street.

The ONLY negative is the parking garage is a 12 min walk away, but it can’t be helped. The old city doesn’t have anything but limited street parking. Good thing is we never used the car again until it was time to leave the city. Everything is SO walkable!!

Wonderful roof terrace and an exceptional breakfast served on the terrace by the host Vanessa. Location less than 2 min walk from old town. Kettle in the room much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. However guests should note that you have to climb steps to reach the property which is on the to floor so not suitable for heavy cases - we left ours in car outside so no problem and did not detract in any way from our stay!

THE VIEW: The view from the room & the rooftop was absolutely stunning. BREAKFAST: I also enjoyed having delicious breakfast on the rooftop with the view. STAFF: Both owners are very helpful, kind, and friendly. I had a great time at this property. LOCATION: It’s located in the epicenter of Vieste, close to everything (shops, restaurants, seaside, beaches, harbor for boat tours, museum, park) Highly recommend this property!!!!!

Only thing about this property is that it’s above a restaurant, and the restaurant plays music till 1 am or so.
