We really liked the location (close to the very nice beach and the old town), there is quite a lot parking space near the property (street parking, 7-10euros per day) and the room was really clean which I highly appreciated. Nice Italian breakfast which you can enjoy indoors or on your room balcony. Flora, the owner, is really nice and gave us some great restaurant recommendations

Balcony is facing on a busy street which did not bother us but if you cannot tolerate a bit of a noise, this may not be best fit for you.

Best possible location with a seaside view and short walk to the nearby charming Old town with plenty of restaurants. Lovely service by the owner and her husband, with a great breakfast served every morning which could be had on the balcony. Really fresh and renovated accommodation, with great daily cleaning by nice staff. Plenty of parking spots in the neighbourhood around the building.

The property is well located next to the beach, the staff was very kind and client oriented willing to accommodate all our needs and requests. Next to the city center and lots of restaurants. Only 15 min walking to the bus station to Bari. Spotless clean room and large bathroom.

We had a room with balcony which although had a nice sea view it was also on a noisy street and made it difficult to sleep at night since we are not used to sleeping with air conditioning on. The breakfast was italian, with lots of sweets and less vegetables or sandwich options, or eggs.

Loved our kind hosts, Flora and her husband! Went out of their way to help, even moving their car upon our arrival to give us a free parking spot on the street below hotel. Incredible location next to a gorgeous beach, as well as a few min walking distance to middle of Vieste. Although located in an apt building, our room..one of four in the hotel...was wonderful. Extremely well equipped and comfortable, with side terrace.. delicious breakfasts daily. Especially enjoyed the intimacy of a smaller hotel setting, with ability to connect with our fun and helpful hosts!

It was clean, modern, well equipped, good quality bed, bedding, bathroom and a fridge in the room. It also had a nice balcony with a lovely view. Breakfast was great too and it was in a good location.

The only thing was that it was a bit noisy from the street outside with the window open but we had earplugs and it was fine then. With the window closed, it was quiet and there was air con.

Very good and welcoming hosts. On site to greet us and prepare the excellent breakfast. Modern and extremely clean rooms and breakast room. Location is just a street away from the beautiful old town which has very good restaurantsa and bars

Flora and her husband we're so welcoming. The accommodation was perfect, and a nice touch having breakfast included 💕. We loved our stay ☺️.

A couple of minutes walk to the long, sandy beach and about eight minutes up to the old town, this a very convenient location. The bedrooms (and bathrooms) are extremely comfortable and well equipped and our balconies had sea views (not direct but still very nice). Flora was fabulous, couldn't be more helpful and cooked the most delicious things for breakfast in addition to providing fruit, yoghurt, etc. Don't be put off by the building having a lack of kerb appeal, the accommodation is great. Although situated on the main road into the town, good double-glazing and air con deal with this if you're a light sleeper.

The owners were extremely accomodating and friendly. Amongst the nicest Italians you're likely to meet. Could not rate them more highly. We had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect.

The staff was awesome! It was very clean with nice room size and bathroom amenities. The location was good and fairly quiet. They had a nice breakfast as well.

The building had a very small, antiquated, scary elevator, and there was smoke in the stairwell/hallway entrance. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable as well.
