The location can't be better, you are on a walking distance to the promenade and the beach. The room is exactly as in the pictures, spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff is very helpful and polite. The breakfast is also a worthy option if you are up for it, the croissants and the coffee they serve are very delicious.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and it is a real disadvantage if you arrive with lot of luggage. There isn't a private parking also, be ready to spend ~30 min cruising the neighbourhood to find a spot on a public paid parking.

Location to the beach and port as well as other walking and shopping was excellent. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. It is across the street from a cute park. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was excellent new facilities (largest shower we have had yet in Italy). Breakfast included was good quality.

It's a very quaint and super clean hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and location is right near the Pizzomunno Beach. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Breakfast was delicious.

The room was tiny; A/C only works with a key that you need to take with you when you leave so that means the room warms up and by the time you get back, it takes a while for the A/C to kick in and cool down the room. Also, bed was "too big" for the size of the room' washroom door kept banging in the bed frame.

The property has an excellent location, located between the pizzomunno beach and the old town center. The staff was really friendly, especially the lady at the breakfast.

unfortunately the bed sheets where not changed regularly (only one time within the 12 days we stayed with this accommodation).

The room was spacious and fresh. Everything was really clean! The hotel is very close to the beach.

We could smell cigarettes smoke in the bathroom in the evening, maybe someone was smoking downstairs and this was coming up through the pipes.

The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, the breakfast room and breakfast were lovely. great choice for breakfast. Good position of the hotel.

Nice and very helpful Service Staff! The hotel is perfect located. You will find parking lots around the hotel (not for free, but there are no parking lots for free anyways). It is close to the beach but also the old town of Vieste. A good place to stay for a few nights.

The bed was pretty old so the mattress was saggy and you couldn’t sleep well. A bit too pricey for what you get, unfortunately this is because hotels in Vieste are super expensive in August.
