Located very close to the emblematic ‘Pizzomunno’, and in walking distance to the historical centre of Vieste, this is a clean, quiet, and well-equipped place (including a large refrigerator in my room), with shops, bakeries, restaurants etc. nearby.

Staff were friendly and patient. We arrived quite late, but staff were very accommodating.

Close to the town and also the beach

At first we've been very happy with the flat. When it got late and we came back from a phenomenal evening, we wanted to lay down and get some good hours of sleep. Then we got our bad surprise: The bed was full of small very tiny wooden sticks. In the size of a small hair. We found the wooden sticks - very small, hard to find but, but all over the bed. To be sure the source didn't come from one of us we checked all our material. It was definitely NOT from us. It was very late so we just faces the truth, that we can't chance that at this late time. Boeing honest I think something like that can happen, either in the laundry store or somewhere else. How the OWNER REAKTED was unbelievable and the reason I write this story! We told them what happened, tried to find a solution. We thought its not fair to pay the full price for a night, where it was almost impossible to sleep. The Owner said if we delete the reservation on Booking, they would give us a discount of 8€ - in other words: If we delete the reservation, we wouldn't be able to REVIEW and they don't have to pay something to Booking! They would gain more money out of it. After we said we are not happy with their offer, they threaten us to CALL THE POLICE and said we just want to travel gratis…..!! We paid them the full price and they tried to cancel the reservation anyway - to don't give us the chance to report the happenings! And don't pay to Booking.com. Glad we have the receipt of the payment and can prove it. All in all: I really think mistakes can happen, I wouldn't be in anger, if the owner had apologize for the experience we had to make this night und deal with this in an honest way. But it was not like that. If you have problems with this apartment or this owner, you will never find a solution, they are just interest in getting their money, they don't care about the people! If everything runs fine, u will have a good apartment, if not - you will have a lot of FUN.
