Great location. Clean and quiet hotel with view over the sea and town of Vieste. Good size rooms with air con, fridge freezer and hob. We ended up not really using the kitchen in the apartment as there are so many fantastic restaurants in Vieste but nice to have the option if needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

There was no kettle or toaster which would have been nice to have although not essential I guess. Other than that, everything was great!

This is the perfect placement of an hotel! Close to the beach and the city with the most stunning views. The pool is super clean and spacious with plenty of sunbeds. We had a room facing both the beach and the city and enjoyed the amazing views every day. The apartment was very modern and spacious. A special thanks to the lovely owners who are very attentive and helpful. We had the most relaxing week and enjoyed the city of Vieste very much. 10 out of 10!

It is a perfect apartment house, with absolutely stunning location, perfect view, very nice pool. It is close to old town, very comfortable with supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to marina from where you can rent a boat, and take a ferry to Tremiti islands - it’s a haven. About owners - 100% polite, ready to help gentleman’s. Thanx for everything. If we have a chance we will definitely come back. It’s 1000% pure Italy with all its best qualities.

This accommodation was fantastic from the reception staff / Owner to the location - easy walk to the beaches, or up to the old town. Did a lot of exploring even over to the Marina / Port where I found more beaches. The pool is absolutely stunning and even took a dip - little chilly in May😂 has a bar and coffee in house. Can speak English to as I know very little Italian - this assisted with my bus ticket . Even found the love heart stairs a short distance away❤️❤️ and the little dog is so cute

Everything was exceptional

Perfect location - short walk to the beach and the town centre/restaurants. Free parking. Spacious living/dining room, large bathroom, and kitchen area. Great views from the balcony; quiet bedroom (overlooking the car park at the back). The pool area was very peaceful and quite empty (we were there the 1st 2 weeks of September). The owners were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

No lift in the building (but we knew in advance), so at least we kept fit! Would have been nice if the bar downstairs was operational. No cushions on the sofa.

Fabulous location overlooking the beach and just a few minutes walk to the old town and the main shopping and eating areas.

Everything was fine, the furnishings are a little basic but we had everything we needed.

Antz issue (which was solved quickly), pool hours (closes at 7 p.m.), view could have been better, elevator in the residence would be nice…

The location is quite central to Vieste and all the town is walkable in a few minutes. The parking is excellent and there was always a space available. The pool is quite large with a shallow end and a deep end with a small diving board. Nice and cool with plenty of seating around it.

Quite a lot of climbing involved, stairs inside and steep slopes outside. The apartment cooking facilities would be improved with a kettle and possibly a means of toasting items. The apartment is not a serviced apartment but extra items such as a tea towel, washing up liquid and toilet rolls would be good (they may have been available but this was not made clear if they were).

On arrival , we had a lovely welcome . Pool was fab. Amazing view from our balcony .Very clean.

The property was freshly renovated, clean and very comfortable. It was a short walk from the beach and from the city center. The pool area was lovely, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was large with a lovely little balcony on which we could have our breakfast, looking at the sea and views. The bathroom area was very comfortable, with a great shower.
