Good location close to the marina and old town but not in the midst of it so more quiet for sleeping of which we prefer. Nice and cool and air conditioned during a hot time in July. Francesco came and met us even on last minute arrival. A wonderful breakfast (different types of croissants, focaccia, cappuccino, juice) was provided at the main building where you can also use the balcony any time of day/night.

It was a little cave-like, with no windows except little ventilation window in upstairs loft. It was so hot and we were mostly out and about so it worked ok for us.

The location was perfect for me as I was travelling by bus. The host kindly picked me up from the bus stop, took me through the B&B information and layout which includes a fabulous rooftop breakfast room and outdoor lounge area looking out over the Adriatic. I also received amazing recommendations for a fabulous restaurant and an amazing boat tour.

There was not a single fault with this facility and I would book it again.

We loved everything. Francesco our host was the nicest man, he told us where to park and met us there and drove us to the accommodation and helped us with our luggage, he took us back to the car when we left too. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The location was perfect, a short walk to the old town, bars, cafes and restaurants. Francesco gave us a dinner recommendation which was great. We were sorry to leave.

The loft was spacious and comfortable. The bottled water, map, and beach accommodations were helpful. The location is great and the air conditioner worked well.

One of the lights by the bed was not working and the downstairs was quite dim even with the lights on. The bathroom smelled musty, especially if the fan was turned off.

Not the easiest place to find I have to say,but our host Francesco came to our rescue What a star he is,nothing to much trouble,he even drove with me to the nearest petrol station to fill up my car.How many hosts would do that,Top man The rooms and bathroom are both good,Breakfast on rooftop is a bonus.And all within walking distance of beaches ,port and town centre All in all a good visit

The pillows were bordering on the hard side,could do with some spare that are soft

The property offered everything we were looking for. The location was perfect. Located right in the town and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and we loved the balcony off the bedroom. The terrace where we had breakfast each morning had a spectacular view. Francesco recommended a nearby bar with awesome beer and food. The name is Reload. I had one of the best burger’s I have ever had and the drinks hit the spot as well. We loved this place so much we recommended it to our brother, who will be staying there this weekend! Next time we are in Vieste we will definitely book here again!

Nothing we did not like.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the property. There were 5 of us in our group. We shared a common entrance and all of our rooms were on the same floor. This was very convenient. Each of the three nice-sized bedrooms rooms had it’s own on-suite bathroom. The owner Francesco was always a text away. He helped us when we lost a room key or had any questions. He contacted me before arrival to set a time and picked us up at the bus station with our luggage which was so helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was the highlight of the morning. Wonderful sea views with delicious and generous foods. We were served cappuccino, crusty Italian bread with salamis and cheeses, pastries, fresh fruit and juice. The location is excellent. Center of town is a five-minute walk. So many adorable little restaurants, pizzerias, shops and streets to pass the time discovering. They were having a bit of a chilly spell and it was somewhat rainy during our stay. The month of May is before the busy season so we liked that it was not crowded at all.

A few things to be noted… * there are about a dozen steps to climb to our rooms which was not a problem for us * the beds and pillows were rather firm * some street noise can be heard in the room *breakfast was served on the rooftop from 8-10am making it noisy in the rooms if you are a late sleeper * room key card is inserted inside room to turn on power to the room. Request two keys if you will have a different schedule during the day at all.

Cleaned apartment in a very good location. Quite close to the port car parking and very close from centre activities like restaurant and bars. The breakfast is good quality and good quantity. Confortable beds.

The apartment is humid and consequently the smell is not that good. The air conditioned was dropping water.

Francesco absolutely made my stay. Picked me up from the station and dropped me to station when leaving. The room was lovely. The view from the roof terrace beautiful. Vieste is beautiful. Also, great pub Reload. It has Augustiner and Guinness. Great friendly place. If I could give more than 5 stars for Tete I would. Grazie mille.

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. He even picked me up and dropped me off at the parking lot where he suggested I park. There was also a beach club access included, which I took advantage of, granted it was a bit of a walk to get there. The views from the terrace were excellent and the location was great too.

A bit of noise from neighbours but that is to be expected in the centre of the city.
