It’s a nice property, location is convenient, room was comfortable and an easy parking.

The property advertises itself as having its on beach. During check in we were advertised this beach (as if it’s included), only to get there and find out that you have to pay over $20 to get a beach bed. We thankfully opted for a free sand nearby, as later these paid beach has started entertainment and music.. so we were happy that we were able to move further away and enjoy peace and solitude core free. The breakfast was too basic. If your diet does not consist of baked goods and egg scramble - don’t keep your hopes up. In my opinion, adding at least some salad option (green leaves at least) would be good.

The city is very beautiful, old and original, a real taste of italian life. The food was delicious(especially the ice cream), although the menu was at times limited. The resort was also beautiful, there was a playground for small children and also multiple courts for tennis, soccer or basketball. The host was very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were kept very cleaned since they were cleaned every day. Truly a great place for families and couples, tons of places to explore and a lot of fun.

The breakfast was really good with very fresh pastries, the pool have a really good size and it is just in front of the beach. Also, the room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

Unfortunately , during the afternoon the swimming pool had an entertainment system going on with insanely loud music that made impossible to chill and relax by the pool. The sound was so loud that even from our room that was far away and protected by some trees we could still hear the DJ and feel the bass.

First of all, the location is great - just by the beautiful beach, 4 minutes by car from Vieste marina and 8-9 minutes from Vieste city-center. There is even a underground passage to the beach so you don't have to worry about crossing an Italian street... The Village is located on large terrain - so there is a lot of parking spaces, a large swimming pool with a bar, tennis court, etc. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

It's really hard to find anything to complain :) In one of our rooms there were ants, but when we informed the manager he instantly took action - the room was cleaned again and sprayed and the problem did not reoccur throughout the stay.

The staff made sure my needs were met. Setting up rides to town, cleaning room off-schedule, providing breakfast for take out and facilitating laundry. Beach was a nice place to hang out. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful clean swimming pool, you can also get snacks and drinks from the bar by the pool. The host was super friendly and gave us some laundry keys straight away. Delicious breakfast. Seaside is beautiful and transparent and facility welle equipped, price is aside so you'll need to book and also recommend reserving a table for lunch.

Although the room was clean was very very small, so would probably upgrade to bigger size if staying more than a couple of days.

Great place to stay. Staff were great and helpful! Very clean and comfortable place to stay! The beach was nice, but if you want to sit on the chairs it’s a cost of 10€ per chair even if you buy a drink so bring your own beach blankets or chairs

Pool wasn’t opened but advertised when booking our stay.

It is a well situated resort, close to the beach, there is a pool and a nice park in the middle of the structure. They serve good breakfasts with a variety of food. Clean rooms. Within a walking distance to Vieste.

The music from the pool bar was loud. Our room didn't have a good position, we had a view to the wall (some apartments have a nice view to the park).

The room was super comfy. The bathroom was lovey and modern. Their towels immaculate. They provide plenty of space for luggage. Breakfast was delicious- even our nutella-filled croissants were freshly baked after their breakfast stock was gone. These superb croissants will stay in our memories for a long time…. Yummy lattes & capuccinos. HIGHLY recommended!!

The staff is very nice. And the park around facilities also.

The only down point was very small room. We had triple room and it was very small. Even for double is small.
