The resort is located in a beautiful green area on top of a hill with sea-view, 5 mins by car from the beach and the city centre of Vieste, nearby there is also a bakery and a supermarket. The swimming pool is nice and clean, there is also a playground for children and a common terrace to sunbathe or chill, and an area for barbecue. The apartment is functional and clean, with a nice patio and table to eat outside. We got kindly assigned a larger apartment than what we booked, as we were traveling with a baby. They provided us with a baby cot and a high-chair, which was very appreciated. The staff was nice and responsive. Included in the price there is also the usage of sun umbrellas and sun beds at the nearby beach, included parking. From the beach in a 10 mins walk you can reach the city centre of Vieste. We found the whole system really perfect for us with a baby, everything was closeby and the beach has shallow water good for children. Definitely a recommended stay if you travel with small children.

The pool was closed from 1 to 4 PM, which we found inconvenient and quite limiting. A few more tools in the kitchen would have been appreciated, like microwave, water kettle, toaster. The kitchen works well, but it is good to cook very simple meals.

The house is in a very good location, near the town of Vieste. The area is nice and tidy, there is a clean pool. The houses have terraces. Each house has a free parking place near the excellent beach near Vieste. You are also allowed free use of an umbrella and sunbeds on paid beach near Vieste.

In our house, the kitchen was not very comfortable. The kitchen is very small, the dishes are placed in another room, which was not convenient. The house has air conditioner for which you have to pay extra.

From the friendly welcome and room upgrade when we checked in to allowing a late check out on our last day the staff could not have been more helpful. Our villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beach club passes and parking permit for Vieste were great and added to the already great value for money the accommodation offered. We’d stay here again if in the area

We did find it odd that the swimming pool closed between 1-4pm.

The view from the little village was beautiful. We didn't need to ask for the air conditioning, since there was a cool breeze from the sea, especially in the evening. The inclusion of the parking along the seaside and the umbrella was really appreciated. I raccomend to do the tour of the caves along the coast if you have the possibility.

Swimming pool with nice seaview, it has a shallow part for kids. Small playground with the pirate ship, table tennis. Well kept vegetation in whole Villaggio. Free Vieste parking card, one umbrella and two sunbeds for free on La Bussola beach. Minor flaws were fixed immediately upon request.

Weak air-conditioning (you have to pay extra for).

The resort close enough and far enough from city of Vieste. The premise of holiday homes with all the facilities you need: swimming pool, small bar, car park, self service laundry. Very helpful staff. Worth emphasising: the package (09/2022) consits of a voucher for entry to The Busola Beach ( 2 prs) and parking permit (limited but useful area). Holiday homes well equipped and clean.

To the Management and Guests: please be friendly and helpful for cats visiting the place. Take care of them. Friendly proposal for the Management: please consider charging for hours / power consumed for air conditioning instead of charging for full days of use.

Great location and we get the sea view from our unit. Great customer service and Tino was always there to help us with our questions. My whole family had a very lovely time during our stay.

The only minor issue was that there was some sewerage smell coming into our unit one day, but only lasted a few hours.

View of the ocean was bellisimo. The management provides passes to the beach La Bussola with umbrella and 2 lounges. Also a parking pass across from the beach.

A/C cost extra. Kitchen could be better equipped. Mosquitos.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Tino was great host. He quickly resolved minor issues e.g. with television and was also otherwise helpful were required. Very nice and quiet location close (driving distance) to Vieste. Supermarket down the road. Well maintained excellent private spacious villa. Secure gate. Great service with free parking permit for Vieste (old town and beach). Free beds and umbrella at associated beach club La Bussola. Vieste is a vibrant village with nice wide beaches and good restaurants. We could even enjoy more of Vieste on our last day due to late check that we were allowed. We will certainly book Passo Dell'Arciprete again when we are next time at Vieste

Some villas have weak wifi especially inside. Need to go outside or around a bit.
