An exceptionally maintained and excellently run holiday complex. Stunning ocean views in a tranquil setting with beautiful grounds and highly functional, incredibly clean breezy accomodation. We loved the pool which was always scrupulously clean and inviting but never too crowded. Absolutely beautiful sea views from all accomodation and at every aspect of the grounds. Relaxing communal roof terrace overlooking the sea. Tennis courts, soccer pitch and table tennis were great too! 2 communal bbqs which were excellently maintained. The accomodation has robust fly screens on all windows and doors which makes it very easy to enjoy the sea breeze. The air conditioning also works well when needed. Incredibly well run with highly efficient, friendly staff. Ideal location within only a few mins drive of beautiful beaches and the gorgeous town of Vieste. The town itself is idealic, great restaurants, shopping, beautiful beaches, interesting history, always a great atmosphere and very family friendly.

There is nothing to dislike!

The resort is located in a beautiful green area on top of a hill with sea-view, 5 mins by car from the beach and the city centre of Vieste, nearby there is also a bakery and a supermarket. The swimming pool is nice and clean, there is also a playground for children and a common terrace to sunbathe or chill, and an area for barbecue. The apartment is functional and clean, with a nice patio and table to eat outside. We got kindly assigned a larger apartment than what we booked, as we were traveling with a baby. They provided us with a baby cot and a high-chair, which was very appreciated. The staff was nice and responsive. Included in the price there is also the usage of sun umbrellas and sun beds at the nearby beach, included parking. From the beach in a 10 mins walk you can reach the city centre of Vieste. We found the whole system really perfect for us with a baby, everything was closeby and the beach has shallow water good for children. Definitely a recommended stay if you travel with small children.

The pool was closed from 1 to 4 PM, which we found inconvenient and quite limiting. A few more tools in the kitchen would have been appreciated, like microwave, water kettle, toaster. The kitchen works well, but it is good to cook very simple meals.

The house is in a very good location, near the town of Vieste. The area is nice and tidy, there is a clean pool. The houses have terraces. Each house has a free parking place near the excellent beach near Vieste. You are also allowed free use of an umbrella and sunbeds on paid beach near Vieste.

In our house, the kitchen was not very comfortable. The kitchen is very small, the dishes are placed in another room, which was not convenient. The house has air conditioner for which you have to pay extra.

From the friendly welcome and room upgrade when we checked in to allowing a late check out on our last day the staff could not have been more helpful. Our villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beach club passes and parking permit for Vieste were great and added to the already great value for money the accommodation offered. We’d stay here again if in the area

We did find it odd that the swimming pool closed between 1-4pm.

The view from the little village was beautiful. We didn't need to ask for the air conditioning, since there was a cool breeze from the sea, especially in the evening. The inclusion of the parking along the seaside and the umbrella was really appreciated. I raccomend to do the tour of the caves along the coast if you have the possibility.

Swimming pool with nice seaview, it has a shallow part for kids. Small playground with the pirate ship, table tennis. Well kept vegetation in whole Villaggio. Free Vieste parking card, one umbrella and two sunbeds for free on La Bussola beach. Minor flaws were fixed immediately upon request.

Weak air-conditioning (you have to pay extra for).

Beautiful pool and immaculate grounds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free laundry facilities, beach parking, loungers and umbrella are a nice touch.

Pool closing in the middle of the day is a little annoying.

The resort close enough and far enough from city of Vieste. The premise of holiday homes with all the facilities you need: swimming pool, small bar, car park, self service laundry. Very helpful staff. Worth emphasising: the package (09/2022) consits of a voucher for entry to The Busola Beach ( 2 prs) and parking permit (limited but useful area). Holiday homes well equipped and clean.

To the Management and Guests: please be friendly and helpful for cats visiting the place. Take care of them. Friendly proposal for the Management: please consider charging for hours / power consumed for air conditioning instead of charging for full days of use.
