We loved this stay! The staff were so helpful & kind. The restaurant has beautiful quality food. We enjoyed the wine vineyard tour. I even had a sunrise massage on the grounds. It was amazing! We felt very welcomed by the staff. The poolside is very relaxing. We loved the Aperol Spritz! The shop on site sells tasty olives & local olive oil. The location is great. We rented a car & went to Umbra forest everyday. From reading reviews I knew to bring washing up liquid & a wash cloth. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday!

Towels come at a rental cost of €7 each. This could be mentioned before your stay.

It was incredible value for money, if anything it would be extra hangers in the cupboard (only had 3), a moka in the kitchen and perhaps a little washing up liquid, but we were only there for 2 nights and it was a last minute booking. Happily return one day!

I loved the typical rustic style of the residence and the bungalows, especially the fact that there is a charcoal bbq for each bungalow. It is located in a quiet and lovely country area, it is not too big to walk through and at a short drive from Vieste and Vieste's beach. I liked also the swimming pool, bar and restaurant area nice and cozy and good for children too. Great value for money.

The only downside was that there were not enough essentials provided,especially for a short stay. I thought that maybe a small bottle of dishwasher, sponge, and kitchen towel as well as sugar/salt, as well as a set of bathroom towels for free (and maybe asking for a fee for any extra) it would be great.

Stunning farmhouse surrounded by olive trees (they also produce a delicious oil), comfortable and spacious accommodation, lovely swimming pools and playground. We really appreciated the absolute tranquility of this property and, at the same time, its proximity with the seaside and the vibrant town centre of Vieste, literally 10 minutes away by car.

Toilet paper and towels are not included in the price. We knew about the towels and took our own. They kindly provided us with some toilet paper when we asked for it though. That was much appreciated.

The location was excellent. The grounds were beautiful and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed and loved staying there. Highly recommended! The restaurant was lovely too and food was delicious.

The only thing I can think of is the pillows which were hard and lumpy. We couldn't do the dishes because there was no dish soap or dish towels. If we were staying longer we would have bought some. Pretty minor!

Wonderful place, clean swimming pools, safe area for kids (including two shallow swimming pools, playground, football pitch) Green surroundings (eg olive trees) gave some relief from the sun both during the day and night. Hospitable staff.

Villa could be better equipped with things like mop, bathroom rug or towel racks. Kitchen in our villa needed renovation (fridge, stove, worktop). Last year we got villa with new kitchen :) so probably this one would be renovated soon.

Well maintained place, lovely pool which was open at the end of October/beginning of November (other places had pools closed). beautiful olive trees and garden, peaceful and quiet place. We loved the beautiful pool.

Only half a roll of toilet paper for four days of stay. You will need to provide your own dish soap and sponge for the kitchen. The kitchen has pans and pots, but not much else. For example, there were no sharp knives for cutting vegetables or fruit. We had 4 wine glasses, but no water glass. :0) All in all, these are all small things which are benefical to be aware of.

Well kept place, beautiful swimming pool that was open already in May (other places pools were closed). beautiful olive trees and garden, calm and peaceful place. Good cappuccino in the bar. We loved the beautiful pool area and the atmosphere. Thank you!

It's not a minus but need a car to get to town. And it would be nice to have a possibility to order a coffee during the day (bar closed from 12-18 but may be open in the season). But one thing that we cannot get used to in South Italy is the small windows. Some days it was raining and then it was dark inside. One of the rooms didn't have a window. But I understand that during the season it's hot and then it would be perfect.

Nice location and very good price. There is also a barbecue for every apartment!The owner and the staff were very kind and always available to help.

Some of the furniture was a bit old and not very well kept. The restaurant had a rather small menu, perhaps because it was the end of the tourist season. Sound insulation was rather poor as we woke up to the noises of the cleaners in the morning.

Nice garden and pool facilities all set in an olive grove. The staff was very nice, and check-in was easy. Be prepared to ask for bath towels and for dish towels for a fee. The apartment had a nice porch with a table and chairs for dining and relaxing. There is a restaurant on site. Simple Italian breakfast is also available. Good coffee.
