A truly relaxing adults-only retreat with great spa and atmosphere We really enjoyed our stay at this adults-only property. There’s a great variety of swimming pools, and the large garden with expansive walking areas adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always smiling, which made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The SPA interior is particularly beautiful – spacious chill-out zones and a calming ambience throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was the 20-minute mindful break offered to hotel guests: it included sound therapy with singing bowls, gentle aromas, and a subtle forehead massage in a dedicated relaxation room. A wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made our stay even more convenient. The location is also perfect – just a 10-minute drive to the historic center of Viterbo, ideal for an evening walk at sunset in the papal town. The property is about 1.5 hours by car from Rome’s airport, which made it an easy and scenic journey. Overall, we had a lovely time, fully relaxed, and would definitely return.

The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi in the room, which made it difficult to load websites or use streaming services. At breakfast, we noticed a lack of vegetables, which was a bit of a challenge as my wife is vegetarian. We did order fried eggs from the kitchen and were kindly served them with tomatoes, which was a nice gesture and gave us a helpful option. Still, we would recommend expanding the breakfast selection to include some basic vegetables or a couple of light salads – it would definitely add value for guests with plant-based preferences.

The breakfast and lunch were absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pools were spotless and so relaxing, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The gardens and grounds are truly stunning. But what stood out most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff—genuinely warm and thoughtful service that made the stay even more special.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded expectations.

I loved the friendly staff and also the cleanliness of the facilities and the room. It was a perfect getaway to relax and destress. The food was excellent in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was the best I've had.

I would have liked it if an ATM was onsite. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay.

It was our second time in the hotel. We came back because of the hot water facilities which are great. It is a good place to tour north of Lazio area, which is very nice.

The only comment is the breakfast that can be healthier. More vegetables would be great.

Our room was great, spacious and with a balcony overlooking the pools. The hotel facilities are amazing, both the outside hot pools, as well as the spa. The food is varied, of good quality and tasty. Good location for visiting around.

The facilities were excellent, staff very friendly and very accommodating. The pools were very nice, and the cave was amazing. We were greeted by english speaking receptionist, who gave us a dedicated space for the motorbike, and upgraded our room as a gift for our anniversary.

The staff were exceptional, the facility full service, and the hot springs delightful.

I thought the room we got was like the lowest room with no view and no balcony and there were only a scattering of guests in the hotel.

Spa, garden and pools are really good. We had a massage and it was fantastic. The hotel itself is quite old, although they did good renovation inside. Drinks, bar and prices of extra services (bar etc) are quite high considering that it is not 5 stars.

Prices of the bar and restaurant are too high for the quality of food and drinks. 12 or 14 euros for a standard drink is quite too much for 4 stars in italian province....

Facilities were excellent, lots of pools to choose from. Friendly staff brought us a fan cause Airconditioning wasn’t allowed to be used.

Fly screens could be a good idea to keep the mozzies away specially if the airconditioning isn’t allowed to be used.

The concept of the resort as a wellness centre met expectations.

Unfortunately, the extended heatwave impacted on pool and room temperatures.
