My stay at La Suite del Borgo was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions – his hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the generous breakfast with local prosciutto, cheese, and homemade jam tart – such a lovely touch! Daily cleaning, fresh towels, and access to laundry facilities (including detergent) made everything even more convenient. Located in the historic center, the place has real charm and is close to everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed and feels really luxurious . The beds are really comfortable. There are shutters for all the windows, so it was really dark at night. The air con and fans kept us cool, even though it was really hot outside. We loved the kitchen with the coffee machine and milk frother. The breakfast was prepared and left in the apartment for us, which was a real bonus that we didn’t expect. Stefano, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He met us at the car park that he arranged for us and helped carry our bags. Viterbo is beautiful and interesting to explore. The apartment is in the old town. There are many restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend staying there.

We were provided with all the items necessary for breakfast each morning which saved us time from shopping. Apartment was cleaned daily and in the middle of our stay (7 nights) the fresh towels and bedding were provided. Location of the apartment was very interesting being in the medieval part of historic Viterbo. We were within walking distance of all the major museums, duomo, state archeology museum, etc. Our host recommended several very good restaurants which we tried and found to be very good, host also kept us informed of interesting events happening in our area (a local palio/festival), and was regularly in touch and available to see how were doing in the apartment and in exploring Viterbo. Stefano meet us at the nearest car park just out side the walls, and helped with our luggage to and from the apartment on our arrival and departure. Excellent host.

Our host was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and provided in the room,including yogurts, homemade pastries, meats, cheeses, cereals, fresh fruits, coffee, juice, tea, and milk. The room was upgraded for free, a wonderful surprise. The location was amazing. Free parking is a 5 minute walk away, since the room is in a medieval old district. Stefano recommended 2 restaurants which were both excellent and reasonable.

The shower water temperature sometimes went very hot. I would still stay here again!

I have rented numerous places using Airbnb, Booking.com and others. In all my stays, I have never encountered a host/owner as FANTASTIC as Stefano at La Suite del Borgo, Viterbo. Stefano is the consummate host, more like a personal concierge really. First of all on check-in night he helped guide me to the location via phone as GPS fails in places within the walls of old Viterbo. Then he helped me unload my car, then drive with me to the parking spot and then drove back with me to the apartment. That was definitely a first for me. No matter what the issue – he hooked me up great! From introducing us to a realtor we needed to meet, tips on local restaurants and eateries, to replacing AAA batteries on the TV remote, Stefano was just a phone call or text away. As for the property itself, again I cannot say enough good things. A box of fresh handmade, delicious, pastries were delivered daily as well as replenished coffee and other breakfast items. The kitchen is small but has everything needed for meals etc. and has all necessary appliances that looked very new. There is a full bathroom on the first floor and a half-bath upstairs. The shower was a little narrow to turn around in but hot water is plentiful with very good water pressure. The beds were super-comfy and the bed made up every day. The space was very light, spotlessly clean and felt much bigger than it actually is with extra large windows in the living area with an amazing view over the medieval rooftops. Our stay was in November and the heat worked great.

The only thing I didn't like was that I could not stay longer because it was already booked!

The location is absolutely perfect to visit Rome and around. The restaurants near to the stay are greatly full filled our expectations. We strongly recommend further and will definetly be there with next opportunity. MOREOVER above, professional approach and preparation of Stefano and his Family were great. We much appreciate his great welcome and kind hospitality as well as professional explanation to use our time during our stay in Viterbo. Everyday the place was cleaned greatly and Italien- Breakfast was professionally ready.

Honestly, I have throughly thought about and could NOT find any negative issue.

Being met by the host and shown around the apartment instead of just a key in a lock box. Personal recommendations for local restaurants. Providing and highlighting the city map. Super cute decor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet location. Our host ran out to replace the washing liquid so we could use the washing machine for our hiking clothes. Fridge full of snack and treats, fruits, home baked goodies, juice, yogurt, and MILK for the cereal and coffee. Loved this place best on our trip walking the Via Francigena. Full kitchen if you want to cook.

There is nothing not to like it’s perfect!

Great little apartment right in the heart of the historic section of town. What I liked most was the host Stefano and how well supplied the kitchen was. In addition to the usual breakfast stuff like packaged cereals, cookies , coffee and bread, there was also fresh ham and cheese, yogurts, fruit and various drinks as well as special cakes that his wife makes. Stefano speaks fluent English and was always avail for anything I needed.

Can't really think of anything other than the bed.Of course everyone is different, but for me it was a bit too hard. Other than that I absolutely enjoyed my stay in this lovely apartment.

Excellent location in the middle of the medieval city. A very spacious apartment with all amenities. The host Stephano is extremely friendly and helpful. Took care of everything ang gave very good advice of restaurants, city sights and transport

San Pellegrino in Viterbo is 100% medial district, il centro storico, and the fairy tale vibe is everywhere around you. But! You enjoy it with modern comfort - wifi, hot water, coffee machine, home made pastry and yoghurt for breakfast, parking for your SUV nearby, and daily cleaning in the apartment - Stefano, the host, took care about everything! AMAZING JOB! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
