Beautiful hotel, it was an old convent and the place is huge. We arrived around midnight and we had already been given some instructions to access the property without meeting anyone. The room was spacious, the beds comfy and breakfast was very good. The location was also great although I have to admit that it took us a while to find it when we first arrived. There´s a huge public free of charge parking spot around 5m walk from the hotel (they have very limited parking space). We walked around Viterbo before leaving and the hotel is very central, I definitely recommend it. Very pleasant staff at the reception desk.

The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, everything is very clean and modest. Water pressure was good.

There is no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was average with the same offerings every day- the hot food like the bacon, eggs and sausages were not to my liking. Plenty of sweet cakes and croissants. More fruit would have been appreciated.

Great location and fantastic selection of choices for breakfast in a buffet. Spacious room, basic, but very clean and well-kept.

Hot weather and of course there is no air conditioning. I appreciated the small fan, but it was not enough for the heat in the room. I'm sure the temperatures in the summer will get more hot, so this is something to be aware of, if you can't sleep in a hot room. I asked for help from a male receptionist to understand the bus schedule and he wasn't helpful at all. He told me to go to the tourist office in the centre. That was a bit disappointing.

The man at reception was really kind with my very limited italian. He was super helpful with any question I raised, helped me parking my motorbike to a different area and was the best hotel manager/receptionist i could ask for. Loved the hotel, loved the vibe, especially the radio in the lounge! and the breakfast was the best I've had with plenty of options. Scrambled eggs were amazing, true vaule for money. Oh and location is perfect for exploring the city.

Nothing, you get what you pay and even more than that. This isnt £100 a night for a single room hotel its like £35 or less. Its Great!

As expected the house is very simple, in line with this type of guest houses owned by religious orders. The entire house was spotless and both the room and the wc were immaculate. Breakfast was good: again simple in terms of presentation but with many options of all kind of goods. For this price it would be unfair to demand more.

As many other guests refer there is no wifi in the rooms (!) even though it works well in the ground floor. The unexpected was the AC: there was no AC in the room and since it was a very hot day I complained. Then I was told that the AC equipment is portable and placed in the room on request (!). It worked but it made a terrible noise.

Such friendly staff! Spacious room, really safe. And a very unique hotel with a rich history!

No aircon, which I didn’t mind but it would get very hot by July/August I imagine. Breakfast was really, really oily (the protein, like eggs and sausages) but had lots of other options to choose from like yogurt and muesli, toast and spread, sweets etc

The place is nice, but Wi-Fi connection is virtually non-existent. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms are plain, but comfy. All in all, it was a nice place.

On our first night, we had an alarm in the middle of the night in the hallway, waking us up for 30 mins, and we had an important meeting the day after. The availability of the internet was really bad.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms are impeccably clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the center, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of options. I’ll definitely be returning—it truly felt like a home away from home.

The property was in a quiet location, yet near the railway station, inside the old walls. Breakfast was extremely good with lots of choice. Staff were excellent

The only thing that bothered me at times were groups who shouted and spoke loudly. The building is echoey and sound carried to the floors.

Staff are nice and friendly and always willing to help and answer my inquiries, both online and in person, which i really appreciate!

The fan/airconditioning is a bit loud and you need to open your balcony door for the hose, making it harder for the whole room to cool. Some facilities in the room would be nice to have, such as a kettle!
