It is a bit noisy, as the front of the hotel is over a bar/restaurant, and it faces a major access road into the old city, so lots of delivery trucks and general traffic. But windows are quite soundproof…only if you choose to open them you hear the noise

Great location, amazing host, clean and well equipped room. Lovely terrace on the roof. All sights (and train stations) within a walking distance. Breakfast was sufficient, both sweet and savory stuff, fruit, yoghurts, good coffee. Small fridge in the room, free drinks in it for us – thanks!

Personally, I would appreciate a harder mattress, this one was too soft. But different people have different tastes in beds :-)

This was a great place to stay in and within easy walking distance of both train stations. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. I enjoyed being able to access the terrace and enjoy a coffee whenever I wanted one. Breakfast was served in a small room (which was also reception) and there was a good choice of food. The owner was very friendly and gave great suggestions and marked the map of places that might be of interest within Viterbo and also the surrounding area.

It was a little noisy at night from the restaurant next door, but that is out of control of the owner and closing the window eliminates most of the noise.

Small, welcoming establishment in a great location near the Porta Fiorentina train station and an easy walk to the historic center. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very accommodating of my "TBD" arrival time. Also held my bag after checkout and before I took the train to Rome that afternoon. Breakfast buffet was ample and service was exceptional.

Very helpful and friendly host, clean room, comfortable bed, mini bar with complimentary water and juice, excellent central location, air conditioning, beautiful terrace on the top, possibility to store bicycle in underground parking.

I stayed here while I was walking the Via Francigena. It is well located within Viterbo, which is a beautiful and interesting place. The room is pleasant and comfortable; the breakfast was excellent; and it was a pleasure to talk to the host, who was most hospitable.

The staff on duty, Riccardo, was very pleasant. The hotel is very well-situated for the centre of town and old town. The town is very interesting.

We booked the room with private entrance and terrace. It turned out that our terrace was the street outside and our room looked straight out, onto the street. There didn’t appear to be any free bicycles available, as advertised.

Another great stay at this hotel. It's a great location and the room is a good size and comfortable. There is a great choice of food at breakfast.

The coffee available apart from at breakfast, was instant.

As room was above a bar in the courtyard it can be a bit noisy.. but not for long and windows are such good quality they block the noise .. but an issue if u want your windows open
