breakfast was really good (buffet), swimming pool very clean and open till 20h, staff always friendly, staff is also flexible (we arrived earlier and they arranged that we could check in earlier), a lot of areas were you can sit / lay to relax (sun & shadow), quiet place, soap + shampoo in the room were available

wifi connection could be better, old-fashioned rooms (but still alright, not really negative)

Cozy hotel, designed in Mediterranean style, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. The garden opens view to the volcano. Staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious.

Swimming pool was not working, which we got to know only after booking the room which was impossible to cancel.

The breakfast was amazing! A great variety of pastries, fruit juices, yogurt, coffee and more! So much to choose from.

The pool was not available. That was disappointing but understandable. The beach was close so we spent extra time there.

Marcela was the best of our stay. She was so kind and available to meet our requests. Her energy and kindness are the highest value of this B&B. We hope to meet her again soon. Also, the location is very nice.

Facilities a bit outdated, it would need some more maintenance. Some fruit in the breakfast would be appreciated. Noise in the room due to the neighbours, we probably had been unlucky but walls are not very thick.

Very nice, clean and calm place. Any shops and restaurant are quite nearby.

The pool was lovely and it was nice to have a room which opened out onto the pool. The air con in the room was also nice. Breakfast was really good especially the cakes.

The shower was a bit smaller than in the pictures and we weren't shown where the shared kitchen was when we arrived.

Nice pool, alright price/facilities, average breakfast. Good air conditioning in the rooms.

The staff were quite rude and unaccomodating, we understand it was the end of the season but a good customer service, kindness, and a smile would go a long way to make the difference in a stay in this structure. The rooms are small and basic but ok for the price, definitely in need of maintenance.
