I haven't been home in 12 years, and this year I came for a special event and stayed at this hotel. My family told me a lot about it as they went there often and I loved it. I celebrated my mother's birthday there and the restaurant staff was amazingly TOP for organizing this surprise for her. The hotel is Super cozy, secure, and beautiful with all these trees. I travel a lot and stay in top hotels, but this one at home made me feel great :). Now back to Germany and miss this hotel experience.

I would love for their breakfast and menu to be more diverse. It was a bit boring to have the same things for a week straight. I know they might want a chic/elevated clientelle but i think a little diveristy would be very much appreciated by the ones already there. Also, i was with my mother, so I booked a big room, and it was a bit annoying to always ask the reception for things missing in the room as the cleaners always missed giving us the basic needs for the room for 2. Staffs could do better.

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and the service was top notch.

The first night, my room had neither armchair nor bedside table, even though I had booked the room accordingly. The next day, the problem was solved after I contacted the reception.

The pool area of the hotel was stunning and the staff was very accommodating. We travelled in a large group and they made every effort to accommodate our (at times!) unreasonable requests. The breakfast also had a lovely spread and the pastries were to die for. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on and pretty much everyone in our party agreed. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Abidjan!

The staff were extremely professional, respectful and welcoming. The establishment itself was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was simple and delicious as well as the cocktails and food. The gym was also one of my favorites, I was able to connect my music to the sterio and enjoy a few machines.

Only gets loud on Fridays when the DJ is playing. So if your room is close to the lobby and you would like to rest, this is not ideal.

Everything was really good. Staff super helpful particularly the front desk and the housekeeping. Restaurant manager was super attentive and pleasant. Just a feel good vibe about the place. Food at the restaurant was superb. Small hotel but great use of space

Small point with restaurant staff trying to make us eat outside when there still about 15 mins left to breakfast closing time. For a hotel in such calibre...not good..but not enough to mark the overall experience down.

The Moroccan oasis vibe is what drew me to booking a stay with Maison La Palmier. Upon arrival I was happy I'd selected it. The staff is customer service focused and quickly responded to issues that I brought to their attention. The bar and restaurant onsite are not to be missed. Even if you are not staying here please try the hotel and restaurant! I really wish this hotel sold their bed linen because it was so comfortable. After a few hours enjoying the pool be sure to get in a massage onsite you won't be disappointed.

There were a few hiccups in my stay but were quickly resolved. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport however be sure to check your arrival and departure times with the hotel as the shuttle is not 24/7. At the time of my visit the hotel has been open for about seven months and I hope they are able to maintain the level of services.

Beautiful hotel with a very comfortable room. Staff were all very nice and always had a smile and were really happy to help. Free transfer from the airport. Nice small pool area. Good gym facilities. Very nice breakfast included.

A few teething issues as it's a new hotel - room service wanted me to pay for my meal at point of delivery but card machine didn't work. Eventually it was agreed I could pay at reception the next day, followed by a phone call once I'd gone to bed asking me to go down and pay that night... Hotel shuttle driver wasn't there when I arrived, I had to phone the hotel and he turned up 15 minutes later. Food is a bit overpriced and there are limited alternatives in the area.

A beautiful place- a modern total African look, super clean and comfortable bed, nice coffee machine, be Spoke toiletries. I loved the vide of the place and the entire complex. Very attentive staff- calling beforehand to make sure i could benefit from the complementary shuttle service

the deco all around the place was top notch, the swimming pool area was amazingly beautiful and all the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

the smell, specially in the gym and reception areas. probably a matter of personal taste, but I didn't like the air freshener that they use. I find it not nice at all

Our experience was amazing. The staff were very attentive and willing to help. Fantastic customer service. Staff went above and beyond. From going out of their way to help us settle in, to prompt responses to request. The breakfast spread was not a lot but served with lots of love. The breakfast crew was very professional.

I don't like where the pool is located, but that's just my personal preference. My room was smaller than I expected.
