My rating goes moreover to the staff, who were great all the time. The room had the most of it, and however the aircon had a bit of performance issue, that still was not a disaster in terms of cooling. I want to emphasize the restaurant, nice one, nothing too special but good kind of. It was a safe place to stay overnight. The furniture was worn, but if someone doesn't like it, for sure there are a few 5 star hotels too.. I could deal with this thing, rather enjoyed hot water which came in 2 mins.

Maybe the airport transfer to the hotel. It was not a long way, and despite I asked for it earlier, they just organized last minute. And that was not easy for the driver, since we also became connected also just last minute. They might work on this communication, because their driver is good and the way back was perfect. Until the fix happens, consider taking direct taxi from airport and the shuttle service for the ride back.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel even though the rooms are starting to feel their age. I still prefer this quaint hotel. It has character.

They never made it known that the swimming pool is having major repairs done. The swimming pool is one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel it brings an air of calm. Except this stay there was the constant banging of the workers doing the repair. Once the pool is completed it will be even better than before.

Great location and beautiful accommodations with an amazing view on the water. Close to the airport which was important with heavy traffic in the city. Classy and comfortable room with everything that I needed without being overly fancy. Responsive and accommodating staff that supported with my questions and transportation needs.

I wish the breakfast had more protein options. The offerings that were there were however very good.

I love the atmosphere. The decor is great both inside and out. The staff are always polite and attentive. The food is very nice and a good selection.

The pool area and pool could do with update. Inside pool too needs a good clean around tiles above waterline. Surround needs changing as it is harsh on feet and a bit dirty to walk barefoot. Maybe they could use some form of nonslip tiles in a wider area around the pool.

I loved the location as it was very handy for the airport. The decor and the whole style of this hotel was beautiful. The restaurant was clean and superbly located. The pool was clean and a good size. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. You can eat poolside also and down by the lagoon. The staff are happy to bring anything and everything to you where ever you choose to be. Always plenty of staff on hand.

There is a slope opposite the pool for putting sunbeds out on. I found it a bit steep and the ground a bit rough on the feet. Thats the only dislike I have.

Staff were very friendly and helped us with directions and advice to places we wanted to go. Room was kept very clean and was comfortable. Pool was nice and the area by the waterside was really nice too.

Always welcomed back by the staff. They are very helpful and always very polite. They had renewed to tiling in the pool which now looks even better.

Unfortnately the pool was not open because of a revamp. See above. The pool surround could do with being improved also.

The hotel is very near to the airport which is ideal for short stay visits to Abidjan especially with the level of traffic congestion at times during the day in the city. There are staff speaking English at the hotel which was most helpful for me and the general aspect of the hotel is suitable for a solo business traveller.

Wifi network was not all the time, frequent drop outs.

Secure location by the sea between the airport and city center. Good breakfast, nice swimming pool. Clean room, hot water with good pressure in the shower, air con worked well.

The wi-fi worked somehow on the first day, but did not work at all the second. There was no balcony in the rooms even though it was advertised. The food in the restaurant is nothing special.

Staff are friendly and helpfull. The rooms were clean and well kept. Nice swimming pool area and bar and restaurant right next to the lagoon. Located in a nice area with good restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

On site restaurant has has some good options but is rather limited. Breakfast is rather linited but eggs made to order are available. Beverages at the bar are too expensive.
