My stay in the Noom hotel has been excellent, my first impression was based on a late arrival at 3am. From the security man to the bellboy all big smiles, friendly and welcoming. My check in was a breeze, within 5 minutes I was in my bedroom, 10 minutes later a speedy room services provided a nice plate of a variety of cheese, some warm bread and a bowl of fruit. So far so good! The food on the first night was a hit and miss however, later in the week things got a lot better from the buffet to the available dishes at the bar. This is a modern hotel with a great views over looking the lagoon. Frequently, there is a lot of walk-in in people turning up for drinks by the pool bar. I would say it's nice mixture between business people and a pleasant young Ivorian crowd. The highlight of this hotel is it's réception led by Slim (Chef de réception) and his team. Everyone is super friendly but equally very professional. They all spoke good English and carry themselves brilliantly. To mane few: Charlène Paula Theresa Elvis Ali Sow (chef) Sow (restaurant manager) Wifi worked great throughout the stay Room is comfy with a great shower and AC, Swimming pool is fantastic with it's infinity view over looking the Lagoon. One final note, the hotel is well placed for business meeting in the plateaux. Uber works like charm and is well priced. Payment will be taken straight out of your CC registered to the app. All in all great stay and would definitely come back. Slim thank you for the great hospitality and until next visit.

Service could be a bit faster in the bar

The evening is very good at the hotel with multiple bars and restaurants. The staff are helpful even if you cannot speak French. The evening looking out while music plays is very relaxing. It feels very safe and other restaurants and bars are in walking distance.

I feel bad having negative things to say about this hotel and the manager was very good. On 1 occasion someone entered my room while I was sleeping around midnight, the explanation was that aircrew use the hotel and rooms are checked before they are used and it had been a mistake but when I was calling reception no one answered and I only found this out in the morning. So then Breakfast , no one shows you to a table so you have to guess if the seat is free . Coffee is not offered you have to go and find it ! The juices are not labeled, which may seem a small thing however I took a big drink of orange juice only to suddenly realise it was ginger , very hot. Night time the restaurant is lovely and feels very luxurious but many items on the menu are unavailable and let me feel disappointed.

I loved how nice and welcoming the reception staff were. The ground staff really helped me out with translations. The rooms were really clean, shower pressure good and nice hot temperature.

I am a black women and solo traveller, and what I didn't appreciate was when I would be at breakfast my requests for tea/fried egg would either take long or the white guests would have their requests fulfilled before me, despite me being there or ordering first.I had to complain about that, but why should I. Treat everyone the same. Breakfast was expensive at £29 per day yet the rice and the meat stews were cold despite being on the heater.

The location is good, if you work at Abidjan Plateau. The room was really nice, the design, the colors, everything. The seventh floor with the swimming pool and two bars invites you to sit and spend time. The payments can be done by card or there is also an ATM downstairs.

I was traveling for business and my flight was in the evening. The checkout was at 12 and I asked for an extension of three hours before I had to go to the airport and it was not possible. I would have liked a bid more flexibility or the possibility of a late checkout.

The breakfast buffet and location are good. The pool area is beautiful. The staff keep your suitcases safely for you if you have time between check out and your flight. The staff will make an effort to communicate with you in English if you are struggling with your French. The bathroom was clean, with a really nice shower

The rooms are tiny. We paid for early check in but we had to argue with the staff to be able to check in early as they said the room was not ready in time.

I loved the dining options including the pool bar. The staff was phenomenal and accommodated my group of 13. They went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the hotel itself was very upscale.

The atms kept being broken

I love this hotel! It is beautiful and has amazing facilities, the pool is beautiful, the gym's view as amazing, and the access to different restaurants and entertainment at the hotel is super convenient. The staff was so kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. I loved that the room had two closets, was really helpful.

The pool was beautiful, but a little uncomfortable that it is at the bar area. People that come for the bar are basically there while you are trying to enjoy the pool. The shower was missing a place to put soap/shampoos.

The hotels common spaces are clean, wide open spaces that offer breathtaking views of the city and surround area. Between the 7th floor pool and dining area and the sky lounge, the view, breezes and vibe were amazing. The food was good and priced per expectation. The quality customer service from Gisele, Kenza and Isabelle at the front desk made my stay fantastic. BRAVO NOOM!

Hotel was nice and clean staff were not that welcome or the men who stand at the front. Staff no smiles on face even the ones who sit on ground floor. More smiles would be bett to welcome guest. On seven floor asked recs for water she said have pay if we used the one in room how rude! I was shocked

No balcony in rooms no iron.

The view was amazing with a great, central location. The Asian/African top floor restaurant served delicious, inventive dishes.

I had to press to get the towels and face cloths I requested and the Housekeeping staff never got it right, even with generous tips.
