Beautiful and unique African architecture with amazing pool, very helpful staff and suitably decorated and maintained rooms. All inclusive breakfast was very nice with fresh, tropical, local fruits daily, omelette station and other choices including fresh fruit juices.

A little rough around the edges here and there with some of the hotel and room decor, parking area and restaurant.

Location was great ... short walks or quick cheap taxi rides to most bars and restaurants in zone 4. Gabe the receptionist was so helpful during check in and made my first time in Abidjan hassle and stress free with an upgrade of rooms. Friendly wait staff in the dining room. Breakfast was good for a three night stay.

Honestly there isn't really anything I disliked.

It is very close to the airport, so you miss all the traffic jams. It is beautiful. Very nice grounds, and a very interesting theme (my wife said it looks like termite mounds!). But it is attractive.

I found the restaurant staff generally to be slow to warm up, if at all. I'm used to ivoriens being very friendly, so this puzzled me. We stayed here twice within ten days. The second time, the dining staff seemed a bit more lively and friendly. Reception was absolutely wonderful.

The staff were so amazing, very helpful and great with children, there was a specific lady who continually looked after us her name was Gabby, she offered us 7 star service throughout each stay we had. The staff in the restaurant, by the pool,housekeeping and the security guards were all also very nice and hospitality and helpful. I think Le Wafou staff qualities and the property including the facilities really made our stay amazing Breakfast was great they made fresh omelette on request at no extra charge, the coffee was fresh and they always had a great selection of choice of hot breakfast food which included, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans etc and then your general cereal, toast, croissant all fresh aswell. Our rooms for each stay were appropriately sized and we even made use of room service which offered the full menu at all hours. We look forward to returning with more family and friends every year.

The breakfast was very poor, not enough choice (and not of great nutritive quality). Perhaps because we are very late to it ? Also : we were charged different amounts for the same quantity of ROSE wine... but other than 2 negative points : all was great.

the area of abidjan is great, lots of good restaurants, the pool is lovely and relaxing, we found the food better than expected and the staff were very accommodating

The hotel well situated, personnel is very friendly and ready to assist for any request. Great Environnement, good for break or holidays.
