The room was impeccably clean (in all its aspects, room, bathroom, bed sheets, and towels) and definitely spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was surprisingly satisfying with a wide range of options including fruits, waffles, yogurts, cereals, bread, cinnamon rolls, English muffins with gravy, sausages and eggs, and much more. Additionally, the hotel provides a large parking lot, indoor ice machine, and a couple of 24/7 snack machines for the convenience of the guests.

Unfortunately, it appears that the pool is currently closed for the season, as indicated by the sign on the door.

I like that the outside was well-lit and the inside smelled clean (aside from another guest making the hallway smell like cigarettes). I liked that there was security access to get into the outside side door. Bed was comfy. Room was clean.

The bedding had some stains and an ill-fitting sheet. Breakfast was kind of lack-luster, but I’m glad they offered something.

Easy check-in. Comfortable bed with an actual comforter in it. (I get cold easily. ) Easy off the road access.

I paid a fee for my pets to sleep on their own beds, no mess or evidence that they were even in the room. I could understand maybe being charged a deposit in case there was damage. That would make more sense.

Clean, bed was comfortable, I went to leave early and the staff man said no wait a minute breakfast is almost done, sit and eat....food was so good I am glad I did...pool was open but I didn't have suit...it was clean and warm. I needed sleep on a 1339 mile trip alone and I felt safe and secure here. Staff was very nice...I felt bad I normally leave a room tip but I didn't have cash....but they deserved it!!!

Nothing bad,. I can't write sentences when I can't say I found anything negative ..out of all the hotels in that area I was glad I chose this one

Good, have stayed here multiple times.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. The pool was one of the main reasons we picked this motel, felt we should have been notified the pool would be closed doing our stay.

close to Badlands ORV Park and great restaurants for breakfast and dinner

did not have hot tub as described in hotel information. Also didn’t have a roll a way bed for an extra person. Breakfast was mediocre-instant eggs were cold, employee did not make more sausages, waffle mix, coffee, milk all ran out before 8 AM and he DID NOT put any more out for guests leaving. Breakfast was supposed to be available till 9 AM.

The only downside I can say is the pool was being painted so we could not swim and no discount was offered for inconvenience but the staff was very friendly the room was clean and breakfast was good

The whole place could use an update but honestly that did not make or break the situation

Wish we had arrived in time to use the pool. we had our Service dog with us and other dogs were not as quiet which caused our dog to bark a bit. Some dog owners didn’t clean up after their own nor keep dogs on leash. None of these are the staff’s issue nor within their control. The staff was amazing and very helpful ensuring we arrived albeit later than we wanted due to snow storm.

A great welcoming attitude by the staff at the desk. very friendly while very professional. The check in process was swift and flawless. Morning breakfast offered a good variety of food. Overall, very good experience.

Location was right of the highway and just a short drive from all the amenities like restaurants and stuff.

The beds were very hard and not very comfortable at all. Also the pool was broken.
