The staff was really nice given our situation and needing a room asap, to accommodate our family and our puppy. They all created me and my kids every morning or anytime we saw them. They also got to know our puppy really well, too.

The room was very nice, I was given a suite since the checkin process was problematic. It was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The check in process was 45 mins late due to it being fully booked the night before. Evident of a staffing shortage and the person who was there clearly had no clue what she was doing since she kept calling for help for each individual check in. Management needs to do better to make sure the workers are properly trained and can handle themselves alone on a busy weekend.

Staff at check in was so accommodating & room was large, beds comfy & clean.

No elevator - Breakfast was all sugar - went across the street for hardy protein food to start the day.

The room was clean and nice. The hot tub's temperature was customizable instead of locked which was very much appreciated.

The breakfast options were a bit lacking.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates and the manager fixed it without any issues and didn’t charge me extra.

Could use more towels. Girls need two towels. One for hair and one to dry off with.

Property was clean and well-kept. Front desk staff was very helpful and recommended places for dinner and entertainment. Beds were very comfortable.

Poor water pressure, breakfast was sparse.

Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, muffins, bagels and cream cheese. Had an indoor pool and hot tub.

The tub was not squeaky clean and the window drapes were only sheer and not blackout. I was on the back side of the hotel and the window faced an empty field so it wasn't a privacy issue as much as light issue. Hotel was not as nice as the Rodeway I stayed in a week ago.

Check-in lady was wonderful. Room was fine but needed actual bed pillows, not those little, hard square ones you put on a sofa. Breakfast was adequate. The town of Salina, Kansas was a really pleasant surprise. Downtown area was revitalized and just great!!

Please put bed pillows on beds.

The owner is awesome and accommodated us, even at short notice. Very caring and friendly.

The bed was a little firm for my wife, but for me it was fine.
