Our stay at the hotel was very lovely -- we had to evacuate due to the fires and all of the staff was so kind and understanding about everyone's circumstances. The manager was especially lovely in waiving the pets fee for the night for everyone. I can't recommend them enough. The rooms were very nice and sizeable for the cost in the area and our dogs slept soundly as well.

Those wonderful breakfast ladies! The free breakfast is one thing, but the service and cleanliness of the breakfast area was one of the best we've had. Food was what is was, nothing fancy but the ladies are doing a great job, you can tell they love what they are doing. Just wonderful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Oh! And they provide a grab and go breakfast if you are leaving before 6:00am - nice touch!

Hot tub was not working -very disappointing as we hike during our stays and look forward to relaxing in the whirlpools at night. Also the pool is not heated.

I loved the location as it gave me easy access to the Rose Bowl as well as the Glendale Galleria, and the Griffith Park and Observatory. There was plenty of food options around as well so just overall very convenient.

My only gripe would be the complexity of the thermostat as it took a good 30 mins to figure out how to use it. Once I got it working it worked like a charm, but I can see it being frustrating for older folks who might not be tech savvy.

The breakfast was very good I told the staff at the front desk to make sure they told the kitchen that their food was very good. My husband loved the pancake maker.

I normally bring my own pillow but I forgot it on this trip but the pillows were very full and difficult to sleep on

Good location and close to Metro Line. Close to local stores and restaurants. Swimming pool at at hotel was nice and also the fact the breakfast was included in the price was good value for money. I would recommend the property to anyone staying in Pasadena.

We stayed here while visiting universal studios and the Griffith observatory and found the location to be great value vs staying nearer to universal city. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the room only having one bed when we arrived but they quickly changed us to one with two as per the booking. Breakfast was typical American style, provided great choices and the pancakes and biscuits were lovely.

Property was great. I always stay here when I am in or near los Angeles. Michelle the host was great! Rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was very good. The location is a 10 to 15 min drive to Los Angeles depending on the time of day. Abt 20 or so minutes to Santa Monica.

This was the BEST free continental breakfast I’ve ever seen! They had so much food compared to other places I’ve stayed. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, omelets, cereal, pancakes, bagels, toast, muffins, bacon, sausage. The rooms were very clean and the location was near a great taco spot. The pool was great for hanging our or doing a few laps. I will 100% stay here again

Room/shower/bathroom are pretty nice. Breakfast self service was good rxcept for the 20 minues or so for the pancake machine to get up to temperature. I took a long walk along Colordo in the evening - its a rather run down area - but felt safe to me & few other people out walking,

Bringing luggage from the car park tp the hotel is a bind. The door adjacent to reception was locked/key access when I rrived after at 4:00 PM a sign adjacent says after 7:30. Also there are steps which are awkward. The door close to the pool was open apparently, but is not signed from the car park - and is also awkward with steps. The 'Front Door' is way further and not signed from the car park. I think a $10 charge for a guest to park a car is a bit excessive. The car park is hardly 'secure' and there is no paucity of space!

I really don’t like it when they always book you a room it’ll tell you that there’s gonna be extra expenses. Especially when it’s rent time at home. They charge me an extra $150 and told me I was gonna get it back within 24 hours and still hasn’t happened yet
