Very spacious and comfortable room. Very clean.

It was difficult to find the hotel shuttle bus on leaving the arrivals at the airport. The hotel should indicate in their information on line exactly where outside arrivals does the bus picks up hote guestsl. Some sort of sign or number marked clearly with the name of the hotel would be very helpful. Leaving the hotel on the shuttle was very easy.

Convenient location, free breakfast, free non-alcoholic or non- alcoholic beverage every evening, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, quick response to room requests (loved Winnie the Bot’s toilet paper delivery 😁), microwave and a refrigerator that kept drinks and food cold.

Expensive parking (around $60/per day), but all the hotel parking in the vicinity is around that price. We parked at the more reasonable airport parking garage, which was conveniently right next to the Embassy Suites. But be aware that although it only costs $23 per 24 hours, once you exit the garage within the 24 hours, you will need to pay $23 again if you go back in. You will need to be strategic in how you plan your day; however, it’s still cheaper than the hotel parking if you enter and exit twice.

Check in and parking were great. Any time I needed anything it was brought to my room within 15 minutes. Continental breakfast was better than a lot of other hotels I stayed at. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect being so close to the airport. Definitely would stay here again!

The pool was a little cold to enjoy.

I liked the ease of getting into the room. Check in was quick and easy. The parking lot elevator is connected to the floors you stay on so it’s easy to get your bags to the room. The cleanliness was pretty good.

The security outside the hotel was rude and unprofessional. Parking is 50$ a night which is ridiculous but that’s Los Angeles for you. Breakfast was lazy and by that I mean, microwave bag sausage that I watched them cut and dump into the metal heating trays, eggs and some diced potato’s that were hard because they weren’t cooked until softened. The juice machine wasnt kept up so it was spitting out water with a drop of juice. I’ve stayed before and this time just seemed below the hotel standards.

The staff was great accommodating. Good value for families. The evening reception indoor pool and Winnie the robot was kids favorite

Online didn't see the all the fees and prices for parking (but that's my own fault) The breakfast, seems like less and less of this brand are doing the waffles (all my son looks forward to) This location reception didn't do mixes drinks

Very large room with 2 separate rooms for sleeping. Free drink for my wife and I when we got there. Free buffet breakfast. Location super close to airport with free shuttle running all the time.

It took a WHOLE HOUR to find the right shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel because the TINY SIGN on the shuttle bus. PLEASE MAKE IT BIGGER. The fold-out bedroom part is close to the outside hallway and the sounds echo all the way up from the lobby (also people talking loudly outside or running down the hallway) so you hear sounds all night because it's not a soundproof room; also below the main bedroom there was a charging station for the hybrid shuttle buses they use so you hear "BEEP BEEP BEEP" as the shuttle buses back up to the charger station. I asked for a quiet room.... I will choose a hotel with SOUNDPROOF rooms next trip.

The interior space is fabulous - very spacious, and beautifully laid out with a roomy social/dining area with open space all the way up. Liked that the shuttle service to the airport was continuous, with a waiting area inside. We only waiting 7 or 8 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Great location, close to airport, but off the Century Blvd. strip. Loved the personally made omelet at the breakfast!

The room was fabulous, but we couldn't believe that there was no place to put our suitcase! No luggage racks and no "bench" area either. What? We're supposed to put our luggage on the floor? This hotel was so well thought out and the room was so spacious, we were just astonished (and not happy) that there wasn't a place to put our suitcases. Also didn't like our room being on the noisy street side. We requested a quiet room -- which it was on the inside -- way down at one end, away from the elevators. But, we were on a very noisy street, while rooms on the adjacent side were probably much quieter. The staff was only marginally attentive. Had to keep getting their attention to help us while they were chatting with each other at check in.

Stayed at the hotel for the second time, it's a great place to recover from the flights' fatigue . Love the comfy bed and the space ! The free drink and snacks in the evening are a plus . The staff is - as always - super nice and the breakfast is pretty good too. I love the rooms , the atrium and the glass elevators which are fun for the kids and grown-ups ! I have also used the laundry room , it was quick , easy and cheap. Every time I have used the shuttles to and from the airport , the drivers were very helpful.

I wish there were kettles in US hotel rooms. Making tea in the micro wave is just not an option for tea lovers !

Very nice place, I loved the fact that it was so close to the Airport and that I just needed to hop onto a free shuttle. The staff was simply amazing ( special thanks to Darren for his kindness ) and the spacious rooms are a real solace after long flights . The complimentary breakfast was good too ! I especially loved the little robot help for special deliveries like a new set of keys, that was very cute and funny . The place is as advertised on Booking.com so nothing wrong here.

About the pool, my plan was to swim a little in the morning but it's situated next to the breakfast area and it's a see-through wall, so didn't real feel like it being a show after all ! Also note that if you have issues with heights like I have ( high narrow balconies) ask upon booking to be situated close to the elevator or not being too high ( they are 7 stories). The glass elevator was cool though !

Great for location, excellent helpful staff, breakfast selection, quality first class. Room was clean and spacious, shower was brilliant.

Due to location overnight road noise was slightly annoying at times. A bit of double / triple glazing would be a big help. Shuttle pick-up from airport non-existent. Got the Budget car-hire one after waiting more than an hour.
