My stay was a superb experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and in an excellent location. I don't understand the negative reviews. The staff is amazing. The young man who checked me in was beyond polite and helpful. The shuttle drivers were wonderful and friendly - just what I needed after getting off of a plane. The room was gorgeous, quiet, and very comfortable, good water pressure with hot water. The bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. I received periodic emails during my stay welcoming me and conveying assistance if any was needed. The elevator system is unique and efficient - no long waits. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, shuttle was efficient and didn't need to wait long. Staff were friendly and check in and check out was extremely efficient and fast. Hotel is big, hotel room was adequate and provided with plenty of shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. Shower has extremely good water pressure.

Bathroom not the cleanest (may be getting old), and other than the room, unsure if there was a pool and/or gym. The view from our room (1442) was at a corner, and therefore window size was extremely small. Pillows were also very soft.

Free 24 hour shuttle is convenient and the beds are super comfortable. Liked the option to be able to check in earlier (for a $40 charge).

Wifi isn't free, vending machine sodas are $4 a pop, and we had to beg to get a bar of soap for the bathroom (not sure if we'll ever get it). Typical LA overpriced hotel restaurant food ($24 for a burger) with the closest other food option being Carl's Jr.

The location is fantastic being close to the airport and rental car facilities. Also it is 30 to minutes to almost all major parts of LA which isn't too bad. The hotel overall was very quiet until the weekend when a rowdy convention came in. The staff was very professional and kind the wifi was okay. Great options on television and the cleaning staff was very thorough. The bar areas were wonderful as well. Loved the views of the runways!!!

For the expense of parking (70 per day!), I was not happy not being able to find a parking spot in the deck during the weekend. Room service options was a bit lacking for my liking as well. Thankfully, food options are awesome in LA

Location was obviously handy for airport, good views from a high airport view room. Nice big room which was handy for all the bags and repacking. Fantastic little 24hr cafe (we arrived about 11.30pm) which made a great fresh pizza, and take wine or beer back to the room. Good selection of food and drinks

Room light wasn't working. Front doors could do with being automatic, struggle to open them whilst moving lots of bags (staff at the door didn't offer to help either :-( ) Shuttle pickup and dropoff at LAX is chaotic, no queueing system, fighting with cars, very poorly signposted, etc. Drivers were nice and helpful tho

this was our first Hilton experience! since we had to leave the next morning, we really just needed a place to crash and pack. the hotel had a great service and the room was as described and clean. the airport shuttle was great and quick.

the water pressure for the sink was basically non-existent. barely could wash my hands or face, turned on the shower for that. not sure if i expected a certain level at Hilton, but the experience was nothing special compared to other (cheaper) airport hotels.

Room very noise insulated..quiet, restful sleep. Front desk staff, young fellow, was TERRIFIC. The shuttle driver we FINALLY got was the sweetest, hardest working, courteous helpful person to EVERYONE as he navigated horribly chaotic and congested LAX.Wish I got his name, young Latino fellow..CLONE him..especially after initial attempt to get an airport shuttle. Housekeeping was terrific as well (tall black fellow)

We were in the correct shuttle pickup by terminal 2, Friday evening, around 9:30..an LA Hilton shuttle came way after we had called..it was an older light skinned man who had lots of room, drove in the left lane, made no effort to stop despite our waving and signaling to stop..didn't even turn his head. We walked to Terminal 1 (we are 77) and we're finally picked up by an outstanding young man..see above. Hilton lobby packed, long line to get checked in but desk fellow was terrific. Refrigerator in room broken. Reported upon checkout.

I had the king superior room. It was great. I had a wall of windows that looked at downtown LA at night, it was gorgeous. The room was very spacious. The bed, it was very comfortable.Overall great experience

What I did not like is the air condition My room was not cooling down with having all them windows. It got pretty warm in there during the day. They brought me a fan which helped out a lot, but they could do much better about the air condition. Because I talked to other people that we're staying there. And they said the same thing, their rooms would get warm.

Best is the location, close to LAX which Hilton had service there 24 hours a day. The lobby was immaculate and spacious and the hotel itself had many facilities and was huge. Rooms were clean and loved that we had a view of the runway and could watch the planes land and take off.

The only problem we had with this property is there was no refridgerator in the room and we had a few things that needed to be cooled. I let the management know but she said there would be at least a $25 charge to bring one up. So we just went to the ice machine and dumped it in the sink to try to keep our few things cooled down. It worked but still a fridge would have been so much easier. Other than that we had a good stay.

Close to the airport with safe parking. The staff were so helpful at the desk and also in the cafe!

Although close to the airport the planes are quite loud from our room! Half expected though.
