Very very clean hotel. My sister and I travel a lot and often visit LA. We were looking for a new hotel to stay at that wasn't overly expensive as we usually stay in Beverly Hills. This hotel was the first hotel I haven't had to complain about a thing in for a long long time. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable, staff very helpful. The only feedback I could provide is that when you are checking in you should state then and there if you're wanting house keeping to make up your room daily or every 3 days. The location is fantastic, we love to walk so it's a very safe and walkable area. Valet staff are friendly and always there upon entry. The pool is small, if you're visiting in summer or a warmer month with the sole focus on swimming all day, perhaps look for a hotel with a larger pool, however its still nice to sit at, just not very large/not a lot of lounges.

The room was beautifully decorated with a lot of character, and the bed was super comfortable and generously sized. I really appreciated the bathroom – the shower was excellent, and there was space around the sink to actually put things, which is rare. The location was also a huge plus. It’s in a great part of West Hollywood with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and juice bars nearby. It felt more like a local neighborhood than a tourist-heavy area, which I loved.

The TV barely worked – channels didn’t load 90% of the time. Not a big deal since I wasn’t in the room much, but still frustrating. The bigger issue for me was the lack of storage. There’s a small closet but no drawers at all. The large bedside tables are just solid blocks, which feels like a missed opportunity for functional storage. The desk under the TV looks great with its mini bar and glassware, but it ends up being impractical for actually using the space.

The front desk Andre and Morgun were exceptional! We had a problem with our reservation and they amended it right away. Made sure we were comfortable for our stay. So genuinely pleasant! They definitely belong in hospitality! The hotel itself is so charming. A wonderful fragrant foyer. The rooms are impeccable. Bathrooms updated and beds luxurious and comfy. It is my daughter’s second stay at a Palihotel. She is hooked and so am I.

Nothing could be improved. The hotel is charming! Beds comfy, bathroom clean and updated beautifully. The design elements were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

great location, and the hotel was lux!

we booked a room with a balcony at a higher price and received confirmation for the booking. when we checked in we were given our key and we went to our room which was not what we booked. we had to go back to reception and ask why. they did compensate us in the end but it would have been better if they advised us prior to getting to our room and us not having to request compensation.

It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We love breakfast in the little cafe. We typically have it every morning of our stay. Staff is friendly and the setting itself is cool to be in. I enjoyed sitting by the pool this time and drinking the cucumber flavored water (and eating the gummy bears)!

We happened to still be in our room when housekeeping came to clean and unfortunately they never came back. Not a big deal! We just called and requested more towels which came immediately.

The location was perfect for us, as we had to be close to Cedar Sinai Hospital . The restaurant and bar staff were delightful, and all that we ordered was delicious! Especially the martinis! Our room was spacious, kingsize bed and bathroom perfect...along with the mini kitchen area and its amenities.

We did have issues with the cleaning service, in that a couple of times during the week they did not enter the room...and at the price per night, you shouldn't have to "ask" for service. (e.g. not refilling the coffee capsules, or water- we had to ask for more)

The location is very convenient with lots of nice restaurants in the area and plenty to do. Great car had been taken with the decore and it was pleasant just to be there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The shower faucet was a bit stiff, which made controlling the temperature a bit tricky. There could have been more shelf space in the bathroom and the closets were a bit small. These are very minor complaints.

We loved staying here! The location was great and there was plenty of shops and places to eat around the hotel. It was also about 15-20 mins from most other things we wanted to do. The pool was such a nice way to take a break from the city! The interior design was impeccable and they made each detail count. The valet was very smooth which was great since we were in and out quite a bit. Overall it was lovely and I would stay here or at their sister properties again.

On Friday night it was extremely loud. We couldn’t tell where the music was coming from but it did make it hard to fall asleep. Might not be great for little kids. I also wish they had a dresser in the room.

The style and location was excellent and the reason we chose the hotel.

It’s somewhat contradictory, but because the vintage style in general is super cool it also lends to the hotel feeling old in certain areas (especially the hallways). The staff was fine, but considering the price and rating of the hotel could have made you feel a little better taken care of. There was a vibe of they were doing you a favor by helping/ answering your questions.

Cool Mellow vibe, great bar and late night sushi snacks we’re very nice at the beautiful cozy hip bar, great fast service valet, nicely full stocked minibar, clean room with nicely appointed furnishings, clean towels and linens , safe secure .

Shower floor tile is too slippery, sheets could be softer (try out the hotel supply Comphie Brand form Chicago ! Bed sleep pillows were lumpy and need improvement. It’d have been nice to have more options to have a fridge NOT full of liquor ? Perhaps add n option for people who don’t drink much alcohol?
