We really loved this resort as a fun family vacation spot! I feel bad about all the bad reviews. The (newer) MGMT has done a great job addressing issues of updating and whatnot. Staffing is an issue everywhere, but you can see they are doing a good job training a competent and caring team on the front side, and the back side of housekeeping, groundskeeping, and general cleaning around the resort are doing great. The few times we called for a needed item in our cottage, it was sent over right away. It's just great service. There is a beautiful outdoor pool, a nice indoor pool, and a water park (open weekends only) that my granddaughter loved! There were a couple of good restaurants, and we loved everything we ordered all week. And the fishing was great! We had so much to do here it was good fun! 😊

If you stay in a cottage, be prepared to put in your steps, as it's a long walk to go anywhere you have to drive. Another downer was at the boat landing; there was no dock. What? You can't tie your boat up as you pull your trailer out of the water, or put your boat at a dock as you get your trailer to pull your boat out of the lake. Come on. This is a fancy resort, do better. You are getting there! Oh, and the hot tub jets at the indoor pool don't always work. Hmmm.

It was only a few extra minute drive to the resort. They had the best price in town as it was off season. I will be back hopefully soon! Thanks.

Only stayed the one night. We didn't get a chance to see the grounds. Also didn't have any breakfast. If there was a continental breakfast, we weren't told about it. Not bad overall though!

The water park didn’t open until 3, run down indoor pool area, the hallways smelled like pee, and the gift shop didn’t follow its hours posted on the sign so we missed purchasing our souvenirs

When we arrived on Thursday afternoon the room was very cold! As senior citizens that was a big negative and even after getting a space heater it took till the following day to be comfortable!!

The surrounding area was nicer, pool and hot tub were nice and comfortable

Bed a little hard , water park was overpriced, should have been daily fee and included with hotel stay

The staff at Rafters bar were excellent and Sunday buffet was very good.

Dated hotel and rooms were unbelievably hot with no option for ac or even cooler air

It was so comforting, peaceful, quiet, but also gnashing if you wanted to be. I really loved that the outdoor pool was heated because even though it was cold i all went swimming anyway

Best place to vacation. Always great service in all aspects of this resort. Beaches, paddle boats, fishing, fire pits, outdoor bar, outdoor pool and indoor water park which is great for families.

The indoor pool and hot tub area needs updating as it is getting a little dated.

Nice place to stay great staff. Great food in the restaurant and pool side bar. Place was clean.

Carpet in the hallways could use a upgraded. They should state that if the outside bar is open the inside bar is closed.

Very clean bathroom. Up to date bathtub.

Waterpark is showing it's age. Hottub was closed the whole time. Counter staff at Waterpark was rude.
