Everything was good from check-in to check-out. Staff was professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. Very informative about times and services offered.

I realize it is winter, but the parking lot was terrible and needed to be shoveled to the door entrances as well.

could not get a room on the ground floor and one member of our group uses a walker. they do not have an elevator.
