I love the apartment-like feel,I love that it's away from all the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Very clean the employees are always nice. I love the shuttle that takes you to Walmart that's a plus I have stayed here on a family vacation as well as with my friends partying and both times were amazing

It was my kids birthdays and Me and my family stayed in sage building and it was good. Can see my truck from the window. Security making there routes every 15 witch made me feel comfortable knowing their on it Kids loved the pool . Rooms are big and makes u feel like ur in an apartment … due to kids week (birthdays) didn’t get to check out south point… but with Grandview next to it I’m pretty sure it is good just like Grandview all in all all services including Maintenance . We’re excellent. Keep up the good job.

The only downfall is check out time… been here since April 5 till April 9 and check out is at 10. Wish it could be a little later for the fact of staying a week, but I called the front desk and they gave me an extra hour which I would take thank you front desk…

This room was exceptional. It was large - a kitchen with some kitchen supplies, a "living room with a TV, a large bathroom with two his/her sinks, and my favorite - a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. It felt like we could relax at the hotel. Add to that, there was a door in the hallway that lead to a tiny foyer with A & B rooms, so that our "front" door was accessible by this foyer and helped limit noise. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing experience and this really was it.

They initially tried to push their timeshares. I had read reviews and was warned, but this came as a bit of a surprise initially. This was our only interaction (on check in) with timeshares because we didn't interact much with staff.

It’s not a casino type hotel. So you cannot smell smoke everywhere especially I have a 3y/o daughter. Receptionist was so nice because he put me on 1st floor since I have a kid. Love the jacuzzi in the pool area (water is heated). Love the kiddie pool, however, the water is not heated. You will really feel that you’re in vacation. You won’t feel the casino-hotel vibe from Las Vegas (which I like). They have laundry in the room which is perfect, we don’t need to wash clothes when we get back here in LA. You can cook your own food. They have microwave too, tea pot, coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven. They have all utensils for cooking and eating like cooking pots, spatulas, chopping board, knives, spoons, forks, cups, mugs, plates, etc. It’s like living in your own house, but better. Lol. They have TV. We stayed in 1 King Bed, and they also have a queen sofa bed. They have tub for jacuzzi inside the room, but we did not use it anymore, we don’t want to do too much mess. Also, they have jacuzzi in the pool area. They can give you key cards as many as you need. A lot of restaurants, gas stations, and convenient store/ pharmacies around the area. The area is not scary at all. Not a lot of homeless people. This is near South Point and SP has Starbucks inside their building. If you like to play casino, you can just cross to South Point. There’s a lot of things to do. You can just stay here during your vacation, no need to go to strip if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like casino, smoke, crowded, alcohol drinks, etc. They have a free big parking slot. I think they also have a gift shop nearby to buy things, but we’re not able to go there. They have vending machines and ice machines. You can order food for delivery in the swimming area. My daughter doesn’t have to go back home because of her experience on this resort. Lol.

Adult and Kiddie pool is not heated. Our key is not working to the door going back to tower 5 from swimming pool in tower 6. Actually, not just us, but all the people we met we’re not able to use their key card. We have to wait for someone to open the door for us. Maybe the door is the problem. We received a text that we have a free gift, however, we received it when we are about to check out. The staff said we should have received it during our stay. I think it’s a free one time breakfast or lunch buffet. I think the purpose of that is for them to market to you the Time Share of Grandview/Vacation Village. Not sure if they have wifi because it’s not written in the welcome cards.

This was an amazing stay. All the amenities inside of the room included the stove and fridge, dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, laundry, everything no need to go anywhere. They have five pools and I love the seperated bathtub in the room. Come to find out my doctor's appointments were running a day behind and I needed an extra day and the friendly staff up front helped me very well with booking an extra night into the same room. I'm not a person that goes to the strip very often so this is perfect because it was not on the strip it's still on Las Vegas boulevard but it's about 10 minutes away from downtown.

This was the perfect hotel for our small family. All rooms were "suite"-like, with a full kitchen (with all you need including utensils, plates, etc.), a washer/dryer, a living room area with a pull-out couch, a dining table, 2 sinks in the bathroom, and deep soak tub.. The location also wasn't too far from the strip, and we rented a car and were able to do a bunch of Vegas activities and retire back to the hotel. Parking is also free, they offer a shuttle to the local Walmart for groceries. We were not able to check out the arcade or the putt putt area, but it's so great to know that that exists. There was a kiddie pool that my son enjoyed, as we don't get too warm of weather in the Bay Area. This is also right next to the South Point casino, if you want a buffet or to gamble, however, we did neither.

The only thing worth noting is the hotel seems just a little outdated. There were musty, smells in the elevator and in the hallways, but not enough to upset us.

It was quiet and peaceful! It was nice to return to after visiting the strip. Close restaurants and shopping that made things more convenient. The pools all worked and we loved that there were multiple pool areas. We will definitely stay here again!

Some nights it was tough to find a parking spot. The rooms need some upgrading. The bed wasn’t great but not the worst I’ve slept in. The cleanliness was mediocre. The floor felt dirty.

My family and I loved the clean and calm atmosphere. Even though you are a bit away from the strip it is worth it for comfort and peace of mind. They have swimming, hot tubs, an outdoor put golf and the casino across from them is the south-point so if the parents want to gamble and drink they can enjoy themself’s. If you enjoy Spending Time with your Family. The south-point also has a theater, bowling alley, bingo, an arcade. Best hotel if you are coming with your family and great prices as well. The entire family enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. We will be staying at The Grandview again.
