I love the apartment-like feel,I love that it's away from all the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Very clean the employees are always nice. I love the shuttle that takes you to Walmart that's a plus I have stayed here on a family vacation as well as with my friends partying and both times were amazing

Our stay was great! From the very first night we got there we had lots of luggage and extra things to carry (we packed for 6ppl). We weren’t sure how we would make it up without making multiple trips. There was no luggage carts available, We came across security who made sure to find us a luggage cart, very lovely, went above and beyond. We loved the different options of pools, kid friendly as well. We had so much fun going to different pools and hanging out, they also have bbq areas where you can have family gatherings and fire up a grill. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We decided to stay an extra night and they accommodated us and let us book the rooms again. (We had a two bedroom suite) overall I will definitely be back!

Nothing major just wish the pools were open earlier or closed later!

The room was spacious and the facilities were clean and pretty well maintained. We liked having a spacious area to stay with a full kitchen so we could keep snacks and food readily available. The location was convenient, not right on the strip but close enough.

Although we were in a non-smoking building, our hallway smelled like weed at all times. When we checked in to our room, we had to call down to get sheets and bedding for the pull out beds, there were none in our room. We also had no wash cloths and had to ask for them. We did the timeshare presentation and were told it would only take 90 minues....3+ hours later we were finally done! Don't tell someone something is 90 minutes then double it! Also, the rooms need some basic updating, they look worn and were no where near the rooms seen during the presentation. If you are trying to sell me something, put me in a nicer room.

It was my kids birthdays and Me and my family stayed in sage building and it was good. Can see my truck from the window. Security making there routes every 15 witch made me feel comfortable knowing their on it Kids loved the pool . Rooms are big and makes u feel like ur in an apartment … due to kids week (birthdays) didn’t get to check out south point… but with Grandview next to it I’m pretty sure it is good just like Grandview all in all all services including Maintenance . We’re excellent. Keep up the good job.

The only downfall is check out time… been here since April 5 till April 9 and check out is at 10. Wish it could be a little later for the fact of staying a week, but I called the front desk and they gave me an extra hour which I would take thank you front desk…

The room was really nice, having a stove and being able to wash my clothes in the room was a game changer. Place has multiple pool areas and mini golf ☺️. The staff was super polite and always smiling which made my EDC weekend even more of a vibe. If possible I will be staying again next year for EDC and I highly recommend this place to anyone even if it's EDC or just a quick stay in Vegas definitely worth it.

The only real bad thing I can say is that the mattress on the couch bed was a little thin but that's common and not a big deal at all considering everything else they had to offer.

The area was a perfect safe location with a nice casino next door and within 15 minutes of anywhere in vegas I had a 2 room which was perfect for my family. Clean and very spacious. All the ammenities were great. Furniture could use and update but was still clean and nice. Scooty beans deli was great food for around the pool and for breakfast and lunch.

Parking is a hit or miss you have to keep moving car to be closer to your bldg which was really not a problem. There were alot loud obnoxious people standing outside screaming and arguing. Security was on it pretty fast though. Never got outta hand.

The overall property was clean. Neighboring establishments were easily accessible.

PARKING. A better system should be used. Having to wake up early in the morning to exchange parking passes -Hassle- Didn’t do it. Not enough parking spaces for the guests or each individual Tower. Handicap parking is atrocious. Was not able to find one empty space the entire time there. Maybe spaces should be assigned by room numbers or something. Elevator broken on my last day for the T3 building for the 3rd floor. It would not stop at the 3rd floor when calling it. Wife had to walk down 3 flights of steps, wait until the elevator opened on the 1st floor, get in press 3 and ride up to where I was waiting-to move my items from my room.

A very good time-share facility, reasonably priced (at the time we stayed -- we've seen prices four times higher during cooler months), comfortable and located off the strip, so it's fairly quiet. Pleasant atmosphere and good security. It's' just across a lightly travelled street from the South Point Casino: gambling, events, Starbucks, 11 restaurants, all the basics for a Las Vegas Casino. No excessive, lavish or overdone. The owners of South Point took drastic pay cuts but kept the Casino open and all employees on the payroll during Covid.

Except for the check-in facility, staff was almost completely absent. Couldn't find a luggage cart after we checked in. Had to change buildings because of cigarette smoke permeating HVAC of first assignment. Parking is luck of the draw -- sometimes quite close, sometimes a couple of blocks away. Rooms needed more light. Check-in is accompanied by an offer of VIP treatment, cash, and huge discounts if we would sit for a 90 minute sales pitch for a time-share. Felt like we were being hustled.

Loved the unit. Pools were great. Staff very nice.

1) there was a mess outside our unit, as if it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. 2) finding the building was confusing. We were here 10 years ago when it was much smaller. Now, it's a small city. They should put arrows on the streets, directing you to YOUR BUILDING..3) 10am checkout. That's ridiculous... especially in Vegas, where you're up late. They should have it at 11, like every other place I've ever stayed and, with so many units, an hour late check out shouldn't be a hard no... they could always ship your unit and do a few others, and give you the hour. Check in is at 4pm, so, according to them, you lose 6 hours of the first day, you're paying for.
