Clean and well maintained. Room was very nice.

Two things. First, the room is noisy all the time. We were on the top floor and it was like we heard creaking and water-dropping sounds from above us. At night it makes it hard to sleep. Second is the location. It’s ok but the constant motorcycles running up and down College Ave with them revving their engines to the max constantly is irritating. I realize the hotel can’t do anything about that but it is unfortunate. It detracts from an otherwise excellent experience.

The description on Booking.com didn't come close to the exceptional accommodations and service provided by the Copperleaf. This hotel was above and beyond my expectations. They made my experience feel like I was the most popular person in the nation.

Nothing was disliked. I would have enjoyed a bench or two outside the main entrance to enjoy the beautiful weather (but this is just my opinion).

The main bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. There was a nice laid back feel to the hotel. It's a great location if you are visiting the LU campus. We enjoyed the whirlpool! Also, the Rye restaurant is very good!

There was a strange choice made in our room with a big whirlpool bath that shares the space next to the bed. Seemed unnecessary as the room is not very big. And then there was the choice made to put in that type of opaque glass instead of a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, which then bleeds light into the bedroom if anyone is using it, or with the nightlight which we removed, but then couldn't find our way easily to the bathroom in the dark of night. I think maybe there should be a curtain, somewhere...... It's also noisy, with College Avenue right there. Bring earplugs!

This is my third stay at the copper leaf. It is an excellent hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful. This is my home away from home when I go to Appleton Wisconsin

I wish you had more of a breakfast option. Like one of the restaurants was open for breakfast. That would be my only thing.

Location of the hotel was perfect for traveling on foot. Our room was very clean and beds comfortable. The front desk staff was exceptional, ready to help in any way needed, very friendly and informative about the area.

The room was just a bit small, could have used a bit more space for two people using it.

It’s only 1 block from the Performing Arts Center in Appleton, WI. Parking in the nearby ramp is relatively easy and costs only $6 per day. Our room was up to date, comfortable and clean.

It would be nice if the bar stayed open past 9pm - 10pm on weekends. We always stay at the Copper Leaf when we’re in Appleton to see plays at the nearby Performing Arts Center. The plays are never over before 10 or 10:30 and it would be nice to enjoy a nightcap before turning in. Also, there are zero breakfast options at the Copper Leaf.

The woman who checked us in and told us we didn’t have a reservation. I had to find me reservations and because checked in online she didn’t bother to look where people had bothered to check in already. She told us they were fully booked and we would have to find another hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole place feels scrubbed from top to bottom! The room was spacious and comfortable and in a location you can't beat! Amazing!!!! Also a 24 hr whirl pool?? Again worth every cent! Had the most amazing one year with my better half this weekend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Perfect!

I arrived early in Appleton and wanted early access to my room. I was told I could get early access but it would cost an extra $50 which I thought excessive and would not pay. Most fine hotels I stay at would not charge extra for this service. Most are willing to accommodate a guest if rooms are available. I do not like your policy on this issue.

The room was spectacular. Very spacious and exceptionally clean.

The parking situation is horrible. I didn't mind so much that you have to pay for parking, but for a boutique hotel, no valet parking is a big miss for this hotel. That alone would most likely look at other options in that specific area if I was to go to the PAC again.
